While the North Sea operations for HBR have been nothing but a bad joke , i still see a bright future for HBR where financials are supported by good hedging , healthy gas prices and excellent management.

So , what is the chance of the US listing , and selling UK oil oil fields? I feel like that will be the next likely catalyst for the SP. The current oil price should be steady as it's already low enough to sustain inflation. All in all we aren't in a bad place.

To be honest , with Trump now holding the "fort" that is the USA , little Britain is even more isolated than it ever has been thanks to Brexit. SO therefor , the North Sea to Britain is even more valuable than ever before , mainly for economic reasons (yes politicians cant say that) so therefor the labor government has no choice but to support the industry. They cant take any other angle , other than making 200,000people redundant ............. if we can get to spring without too much damage then i think the only way will be up from there once labor come to their senses !

The only winners here are the penny flippers. Why pay a whopping dividend when the penny flippers come along , steal it and then tank the share price again and again. Literally no point of holding.

In the scheme of things hbr hasn't dropped much today considering oil tanked by 3%. There were some pretty large buys through the day so maybe this is the worse of it. Markets are always forward looking by atleast 6 months so I'm pretty sure it's quite obvious the financials of hbr will improve dramatically in short time . All being well we will get news shortly regarding the sale of some UK producing fields which will support the balance sheet !

248p is the next stop from memory. Fridays are always a selling day though so hopefully we see some buying action on Monday.

Well , HBR and Wintershalls combined revenue in 2023 was $10billion ! And now production per barrell is cheaper ($13) that will offset the cheaper crude prices.

With good accountancy I'm sure hbr will be able to pay off debt while paying the divi.

Well hopefully a few banks will announce a 'buy' rating now the update is out , that will offer good support.
