Still a while away for Stone Alliance (5 years probably). It will take a while to raise €100m. We will have to dilute, we certainly won't be able to raise that much.

Just a quick thought guys. Given that we'll likely be turning serious profits over the next few years and the market is full of family owned businesses. I wonder if Chris is already thinking about making acquisitions. :)

So we can sell our block white marble at Prilep for €550+ per tonne. Let's assume we sell it for €500/tonne. That's around €220k. It could be a lot higher given the scarcity of the white and blue shaded marble.

Thanks for sharing Esh. That's excellent news for us (i.e. we can start extraction in Prilep). With Prilep being a key revenue driver, good to know that we can extract for at least 10 months of the year. I can't wait for us to penetrate the processed marble. We can sell for up to €1050 per m2 tonnes. It costs on average €90. The margin is phenomenal. Hopefully we see this feeding through financial statements in 2019-2020. Super bullish now that factory is ready and our customer base is growing. Let's hope we can supply our customers properly.

It makes sense for them to be bullish die to following:
- world class marble are sitting in quarries
- corporation tax from fox and stone alliance
- Kosovo could in 10 years time be the biggest exporter of marble in the world, especially as we are so competitive on price.
- provides employment throughout the region
- Fox will probably donate some profits to good causes (schools, infrastructure and so forth).

Win, win for Kosovo government. I'm really glad we have these guy's on board.

There were some youtube videos on it also. Excellent coverage for us and hopefully the PM will support Fox going forward.

My preference is that we keep Prilep as in a few years time demand will hit the roof and supply will be a problem. Our selling price will also increase so it's a win win situation really.

We should also see more output this year due to investment in Prilep and Malisheve quarries. 30k tonnes this year and I'll be delighted. Equates to around €10m. If we say profit is around €6m, we should be at around 25-30p. I've assumed all block sales in my revenue number.

The institutional investors will come, I have no doubt about that. I'm looking for one more opportunity then I'll be happy with holding. Companies like Fox are potential gems because the II'a don't own a significant chunk of the business.

I'm holding these long term (5+ years) as the fundamentals seem solid. Do I think the sp could fall? Yes, but I'm not a trader. I'll be honest I haven't seen this much upside in a company, in any of my other investments. Once stone alliance takes off, we will be re-rated but that's 5+ years away.

Upon reflection, if we had a good offer for Prilep, we could use that money to focus on the quarries assigned to Stone Alliance and we wouldn't need to dilute our ownership. Lots of opportunities though. I still have a gut feeling that someone will acquire us, once we demonstrate our profitability through the financial statements over the coming years.

Prilep will take of Esh, if you look at the supply demand equation, I just can't see how collectively all marble companies can supply €20bn of white marble by 2025. Our selling price per tonne and m2 could significantly increase over the next few years given we have the best marble in the world. Unv mentioned that the quarry next to us sold for c.€85m and that's a huge amount to invest. The buyer must clearly see significant upside to be pumping that much money into the quarry. I just hope Chris doesn't sell our quarry as we've barely "scratched the surface".

Unv, what's your view on processed. I'm dissapointed that we are not doing more processed. We could make 5x revenue from block to processed and this is what will drive top line. Block is fine but if we want to smash revenues to over €9m we need to sell processed, it's very simple. I'm still staying at €5m for 2019.

Good point Unv, Chris has said a few times qe have bragging rights. Our marble is in Lilly Square penthouses, most expensive house in Australia and we have marble that was used to build Sheik Zayed grand mosque. I've seen the marble there with my own eyes. You can't get better quality anywhere else on the planet. My real nervousness is around processed. It will take us a few years to penetrate this market properly. LT - I'm super bullish. We have a Ferrari equivalent in the marble world. Once word gets out this year, our order book will be massive. I hope Chris orders another cnc just incase the one we have goes out off commission.

The marble looks beautiful. Who would have thought blue would look good with grey. I think we'll double revenues for h1 2019. We done around 680k in 2018. We should smash through 1.2m for h1 2019. For dull year I'm going for 5m. Phili and Unv will be more bullish for sure however, you don't know what will happen here.

The key is processed. If we can do 40-50k m2 this year, we'll smash through our revenues and profits. It will take time to do this unfortunately. I'm confident by 2020 revenues from prilep will be over €8m. Processed white marble we can sell for over €200 per m2. On a tonne m2, it's around €1050 and that is huge from a mix perspective.

Where are you getting 52p from? I think it will take us a year to get to that level with Brexit and Deb in chaos.

Excellent news guys, I didn't realise we had other shades of marble in Prilep. This is a goldmine!!! Imagine the additional 40% gross margin we will receive. Cracking news.

Avo, we are better off with no deal and WTO terms. The EU is a sinking ship. The government have betrayed the British people. We should not have a second referendum, it would be a disaster.

We voted leave, and a second referendum would damage the dignity of our political system. I'd still vote out because we'd be far better being out of the corrupt EU system.
