It could be more Unv. When I was walking around Sheik Zayed Mosque and I saw the quality of marble, it gave me the reassurance that I needed regarding the credibility of our product. There is a reason why India, Turkey and China are coming back to us for more product and it's because we have high quality marble. Next year if we manage to win business in UAE and get our name out there, we will do very well. It seems as though UAE love marble, they have it everywhere from hotel receptions, bathrooms etc. They are building a new atlantis hotel in Dubai, if we somehow could sell marble for this hotel, it would give us great bragging rights. The amount of hotels/flats they are building out here is unbelievable. It only takes 1 or 2 hotels to buy our white, grey or Brecia and this would be a game changer for the brand. I see UAE as one of our biggest markets in the next 2-3 years. Let's hope we can get enough out of the ground!

Yes, so he should in theory there should be qn incentive to get this company where it needs to be. I honestly think Fox will be acquired before stone alliance takes off. If we deliver €50-60m in the next 4-5 years, someone will snap us up. It's a very profitable business. One of the quarries next to us in Macedonia was sold for around €80m from my understanding.

I agree Esh, hence why I am being very conservative with my expectations this year. I'd take a €1m loss this year as I've written it off. Next year I am expecting 100% uplift in revenues and maybe more. We've stockpiled so Jan to March we'll generate revenues unlike this year. I've got a feeling we will see a huge uplift in revenue due to demand from UAE. If I was being super optistic we could easily have €9-10m next year. Two key factors are obviously whether we can extract this capacity of marble and whether we have repeat/new orders. If Chris doesn't deliver next year, I think it's time for a new CEO by 2021. It is a very simple manufacturing process now that all machinery, factory and quarries have been set-up. The salesmen need to sell our product which shouldn't be difficult as we have marble which is world class. Next steps sell, sell and sell more.

As a relatively new shareholder, I can appreciate and respect the long term holders frustrations (especially those who have been in abive 10p). However, I strongly believe that we are in the best shape we've ever been in. Factory is finally working, quarries have more benches and we can therefore extract more marble. Demand is very strong from what Chris has said since we can sell white and grey 3x over. We will now have revenue when quarries are down for winter which is great. My only nervousness is around whether we can entice new customers accross other territories such as Japan, Korea etc and existing customers not repeating orders. Either of the above will hurt our p&l. I also don't think Chris has the strategy clearly documented as I am struggling to establish what our priorities are for the next 2-3 years. The max upside next year is around €5-5.5m and that's if everything is flowing correctly and there are no bottlenecks. If we achieve a €2m profit, market cap should be around €35m so share price is around 13-14p. Year after (2020 is when I think we will go parabolic and move to around €100m market cap so around 40-42p. Hopefully market will capture stone alliance potential then add a few pence to this.

Divi is 2 years away unless we hit target of selling 100k m2 of tiles. In my view that is impossible but I've been wrong before. If we can achieve the above plus our unprocessed, that should take us to €9m, with a profit of around €5.5-€6m. I'd be delighted with the above but let's see. We need cash to maintain machinery and pay off loan notes. Until this is satisfied, no divi imo.

Yes, my plan is also to go and visit the quarries and factory. We need a good rns, the share price is tanking at the moment. We just need a long string of good rns releases. Esh, what were your numbers in tonnes for next year again? Share price is being pulled back significantly at the moment with very small trades.

There's one thing which really attracts me to Fox and it's consistent with advice from Lynch and Buffet. They both believe that investors should invest in boring businesses which a fool could run. I think Fox fits this category easily. Extracts marble from the quarry, cut it, polish and sell. I really like the fact that we are now a global business. If we get a 60-65% mix of processed vs unprocessed in (2020 onwards), I think the share price will go parabolic. For me the white marble in Macedonka is absolutely key for this business. The margins we command for the quality and rarity of this marble should help us big time in the future.

I agree there are no more excuses. The investment has been made and factory is good to go. Time to deliver now and win new customers. I went to visit the Sheik Zayeed Grand Mosque yesterday and the white marble looked out off this world good. It was absolutely beautiful. If our Macadeonia quarry is producing this quality of white marble, I am optimistic about our future. Also, the UAE love marble it seems due to the really hot weather. This is a massive market for us now. It's amazing the perspective that you get for potential of products when you visit other counties. I could see us doing very well in UAE, especially as our products are very high quality. Regarding results everyone knows where I stand. €2.1-2.2m would be perfect for this year and €5-5.5m next year. I know phili will disagree but I'm just very conservative in my numbers as I don't want to be dissapointed when results are out.

Esh, it's not you being stubborn. Those that have done the research know the potential is 20x current market cap. We just need to be patient as we are in a much better positiin than 2017. Huge amounys have been invested in capex to extract more marble from quarries and our customer base is growing. We are also a global business and this is crucial as we aren't reliant on revenues from one territory. Our products are world class and scarce in some instances and margins superb. This year we will see rubbish results imo €2.1at best) but next year when we start to push more tile volumes, our top line will see a big uplift.

Yep, quite shocked to see a sell at that price! My buys are still not showing up.

I was watching the clip on directors talk regarding margins. So for processed material (€/tonne) we can charge anywhere between €520 to €1080. The cost for us to extract and process is under €150. Absolutely incredible margins and this doesn't factor in our economies of scale, efficiencies through our supply chain and so forth. If we can bring costs dowb to say €120 (€/tonne), that would be great.

Good points Unv. I agree all the foundations are in place now. Ok we know a few more million in the quarries is required so another potential placing. After this maybe another CNC and tiling line and we're good to go. Chris doesn't seem to want to raise funds through a placing so either more loan notes or having customers pay a lumpsum upfront. If we can do 60-80k m2 of tiles next year, we're sorted. This is going to seriously improve our top line. €2-3m from slabs and unprocessed would finish off 2019 perfectly. Obviously depending on customer orders but UAE is the place to penetrate now with Expo in 2020. India, China, Turkey and UK seem to be our key markets at the moment.

Unv, the beauty of this type of business is the low costs of the end to end supply chain. We're paying workers peanuts and getting 60-65% margin. There are very few listed companies with this type of margin. In today's environment 15-20% gp margins is phenomenal. Imo Ferrexpo and Bushveld minerals are companies which can also generate 50% margins easily however, they are commodities and price will always fluctuate for iron ore and vanadium respectively. Marble is not a commodity so we can sell at any price, which is great. To get to €50m will take us 10 years imo and the CAGR will have be around 35%. There's a lot of posts we're people are stating €7-10m next year but that's unrealistic as our order book could only be €5m! Chris needs to ensure that we are pumping €millions into the quarries and churning out marble like there is no tomorrow. My aspiration would be for Chris to have another factory in 5 years time and then €50m revenues could come a lot sooner. I still have a gut feel that the numbers for this year and next will be average at €2.2m and €5m but I'm quite pessimistic and I've been wrong before.

Prilep and Malisheve, where we produce our most profitable and highly desired marble, is where the money needs to go. We are forgoing demand because we are producing small amounts. It's difficult because if we spend another €3-4m on capex (each quarry), I think we could produce commercial quantities of white and grey marble. How we obtain that kind off money (debt/equity) is our biggest blocker imo. We could be a €30-50m revenue with that capex investment and worth around €300-350m in market cap.

Margins are being battered. Stay away until this has improved.

Many thanks Esh, greatly appreciated. Looks like our white marble quarries are a goldmine if these forecasts play out. Almost $20bn market just for white marble and we have this in vast quantities. The quality of our white marble is world class so we just need to get it out of the ground. That seems to be the blocker at the moment.

I've been trying to ovtsin some statistics/forecasts of anticipated increase in marble over the next 5 years. Does anyone know the approximate growth rate. Reports are availavle but they cost around $3500! I'm sure I came accross an article which said around 3-5% growth but can't seem to locate it anywhere.
