I hope you're right. Don't know if anyone else is following Bushveld minerals as I was tempted to take a punt last week but topped up here instead. I agree if customer demand is there and we are satisfying it, we will be successful as our marble is comparable with the italians and that's the best in the world.
I also think our break-even point will be reduced as everything will happen in our factory from henceforth. For example, no shipping to Italy for processing, no margins being given away to Gulf and our yields will be phenomenal now as we can use the slabs which are chipped or damaged a tad.
I honestly think we will come back down to around 6-6.5p after Chris releases the 2018 results but after that, we'll be fine. The market will expect us to push over €2.5m especially at market cap is at £16m.
However, if we hit €2.1m it's still a good uplift in revenue vs prior year and if we maintain that growth rate, we'll be in profit and cashflow positive.
3-4 years away from a terrific dividend imo. Even if we get a 1p divi at current sp, that gives us a whopping 13% return and I expect payout to increase slowly over the years. That doesn't even factor in appreciation in sp. I'm assuming a market cap of around £45m at that 13% dividend yield.
If you look at Bushvelds half year income statement, they have a net profit % of around 50%. Ours will be at around 60-65%.
