Excellent post BFTAH but Gareth is always right it seems. This is going to £1, it's a certainty. JD will buy it for sure they wouldn't only by 30% only :). I'd rather stick to Quiz. Even Mcls looks much better value than Foot.

I'm pretty much out as of today. I think this is significantly overvalued at the moment. We will have no earnings this year and discounting has been very heavy so margins will be squeezed.

You both make me chuckle honestly. Just because JD acquired at 75p the sp should be 75p. The fundamentals are not quite there just yet. It will take us several years to get back to solid profits.

As I keep saying in the long term this will do very well. In the short term we are going down as this company is not worth £45-50m market cap.

Done some research into Mccoll's. I think the balance sheet needs firming up with current debt levels and I don't like intangibles valuation at all as it's artificially inflating net assets. This year I think they'll do very well as p&h issues have gone.
