I had my phone on charge took some time out of that to construct a response which I did not have adequately to mind earlier, then responded to 13:02, the fact that News and Zimore were having an exchange is purely coincidental - with such coincidence being purely related to this share chat.

It seems reasonable that Helpful has recently talked about Tin Hill and put up a couple of links, I don't think it is reasonable to assume he is now negative about Faso Greenstone because of discussing Tin Hill.

I have found Helpul to be generally positive but not "mostly wonderful".

Specinvestor99, my instead of "your", third line of 15:47, perhaps.. ? I can imagine why it might be intentional just asking if the third line of 15:47 is as you intended, relating to what I quoted.

I think used of caps when not all the time throughout a post is not shouting and that characterisation of caps in social media is more towards the entirety of posts. Specinverstor99, you have no power or due cause to change New's posting style.

Previously, on more than one occasion when saying everyone is biased you have also said "trust no-one". With regard to 14:39 if it was truly your subjective opinion it would still be rude to post you consider s poster to be lying without knowing it to be so and even then one might want to think whether it is worth being so blunt. I cannot agree with you because I will not bend to the will of another if I believe them to be wrong.

supposed to say "you could have said when you hear someone use that phrase, you think someone is lying..." ascribing a poster to that perception without good cause might be regarded as somewhat rude and potentially provocative.

Specinvestor99, as you will be aware it is possible to to just target someone for criticism and sometimes we don't have to elucidate every context of every, word there is a reasonable presumption of others to understand within the overall context of the conversation.

To assume someone is lying when they say "for the avoidance of doubt" would seem rather a suspicious attitude particularly in the general, given it is such a well known phrase though yes someone could be trying to.mislead with that phrase, comes back to the context, you could have said when you you think someone is lying but chose to say you "think news lying".

Someone on the other forum ended a comment by saying something along the lines of... spec' stop being sarcastic.

I anticipated something along the lines of your split final paragraph at 03:20 towards me, seemed to be like an offer of targeting my way, though not particularly hostile, perhaps gently sarcastic, maybe medium so.

If any wants to comment they can dp so with due decorum, if they want end the conversation from their end, they can do so.

Responding to 01:50 post, it is quite possibly that of Zumore was joking then it is not actually his view so no-one's view is "superior" in the legal context of that discourse.

As an example, re. general use, the word naysayers is a plural and so is an abbreviation to listing a group of people, it is another word for critics but in a share chat it could be another word for bears. I think there should be some room for freedom of expression as long as it is without malicious intent. Some peolple are always going to like some posters more than others but respecting our common humanity is probably sustaining.

Taking out the caps when quoting because this is a shortish post and also cannot and won't spend the time recalling, looking to, original form - if News said, "no-one here knows about Canada", I think he was referring to the stock exchange rules, regulations, regulations for Canadian share chats, sounds like something I may have read by him in response to Specinvestor99 and that is the way I would have readit, I don't remember another interpretation as has been suggested someone else might interpret but not the whole context was included.

Good to respectfully disagree but to ever suggest to someone "for the viidance of doubt" is evocative of a pack of lies to one's interpretation as they publicly ascribe that interpretation to the person they are thinking of is not the most respectful way to disagree.

Eye strain could be a temporary ailment or recurring when spending time at a computer type screen, I am closer to News' interpretation when he disagreed with description ascribed by Specinvestor99.

The pub, I was in did a lock in, so plenty of pints in spite of my late arrival, not on holiday, it is a family owned pub and they allow people to carry on but lock it from the outside public at the relevant times. Also News, I am not a professional but I can understand terms quite well, for a layman I could understand legal argument pretty well, know how to do some quick research regarding various topics, if it relates to my strengths, within my scope, I am a good reader and am capable of being so outside my comfort zone but if I wanted to retain understanding afterwards, I might need to write notes in those instances. Not meaning to blow my own trumpet and can't play any musical instruments.

Tea leaves brewing probably better for the environment, I do use tea bags but am reasonably considerate, drank a well brewed mug, while waiting for my fish and chips, got to get on...

Banbury responding to your second paragraph at 13:30 today where you said "since we have been told we are the pub group". On 17th July at 12:44 your post - headed, On a lighter note - invites a positive poster to an hour down the pub with a few naysayers - you defined the perceptual group and suggested a some stories going back twenty years.

News - am also having a Yorkshire tea - one of life's coincidences.

Twas a lot of stout last night, relaxed departure time... Always best to drink alcohol moderately or not at all. Feel fine though, now, and have got things to do.
