You have a repeat agenda against Helpful as is clear from anyone reading your posts. You dou have a tendency to exaggerate, I can't see where he has said that you are Peter.

As for criticism... I did once say something but it took a while to think up how to say it so it was by that point not a direct reply but part of general comment, subtle but not opaque. Helpful doesn't have me on filter so he probably read and understood.

I don't rember the "unpleasant surprise" bit Banbury, you were mucking around with descriptive details, you were given a little back without any such details, possibly was a direct quote as you put it but you have sometimes exaggerated.

That phrase, to me, is like an echo of another phrase going way back but all I could find on the Internet was reference to Peter from "South Park" and his mates and the 1992 film "Peter and his friends".

I neve looked up "mbele" references on this site beyond reading at the time so don't know much in that but if Helpful was referring close enough to anthing already on here, that might just be banter, also I remember he said, that in a debate a politician acknowledged his "philipsophical lingusics" which suggests to me Helful might know a little bit on the structure of language, theories of how meaning is established via grammar and conversational use of words and the substitutions I words for other words - perhaps without distorting the original meaning - though there could be flexibility there.

I'm widening the above out to say Helful might have had some education in philosophy and / or linguistics and people outside that education might also have relevant ability because we all use grammar, we all structure our language as we speak, type to have some understandable meaning, sometimes it us informal. I 'm not strong on the deeper aspects, have just discussed, neither is the battery...

Possibly discussion of joint venture or some type of outside interest regarding Migori on a Proactive interview - maybe.

Anything to do with Mussoni previously regarding joint venture was an approach regardless of what subsequently happened.

RRAL - a combined entity from RRR stake and POW stake was kind of an approach or reciprocation even if ownership has changed and NBGC has not been IPO'd and exposure of RRR and POW is different balance now.

Soma royalty is legacy of a previous sale some years ago.

I think there has... been teference in fairly recent RNS / Reach regarding Ivory Coast assets has attracted interest - that has just come back to me now, interest of others for how to help fund, background discussions kind if thing, potential of joint ventures might an aspect of that but there was no sense anything mminent there - just normal sector chat chat, I would guess.

Banbury, 17:17, they might be assets ranging from moderately sized to quite large, I think totality of NBGC, might be distinct scale in terms of acreage, off the top of my head, not entirely stupid opinion - given Paul Johnson when he was at POW was pursuing district scale opportunities. Think it is fair to say that is quite a large area of interest, we don't fully know it's quality yet. News, freel free if you want to help put my point better or anything else, thanks (as always).

Regarding Burkina Faso and Ivory Coast gold interests, think there might also be some lithium, potentially in one of the Ivory Coast interests, let's allow a generous range of moderate to medium size... Size alone doesn't determine if something is mediocre or not, the size that may interest a joint venture isn't entirely decisive of - if something is going to be profitable or not.

Listening in the past to the former boss of Altus Strategies (before it merged to become Elemental Altus...) gold mines can often become bigger in terms of what is thought to be there and can last longer than originally believed - ditto the royalty.

I appreciate strategy will vary to the geology and company needs but I'm not sure how a (presumably) non-geologist can attempt statement as as fact regarding "the prospects are mediocre". Don't think any conscientious geologist would say so based on what is public information, so far.

The meeting with potential Chinese buyers re. Lithium is not out of this world as China seems to be stategically interested in lithium from Zimbabwe, think there have been links and comments on this forum which allow that to be a reasonable interpretation.

Depends how you define "plenty to sell" could be imminent, which even then might be a logical, extrapolation from the recent rns' equipment being organised, work site being prepared and general to current focus with the concept of gold "effing everywhere" (approximate quotation) from stockbox interview, this year where Bell acknowledges the enthusiasm of the geologist's verbal opinion regarding Faso Grenstone.

Could also be overall optisism given RRR has various gold assets corresponding to mining licences and relevant land.

Could just be philosophical and decisive.

Doesn't mean something is going to be announced next week or next month saying we have sold some ounces of gold and if if it is, anyone could have said the same thing re. "we have plenty to sell", without it being based on nothing or being based on nothing new.

Potential gold production... and maybe the start of royalty payments from Soma by the end of the year could help and I think the layman will also understand that... with the emphasis on potential and maybe, not predicting...

... Looking to December 2024, impossible to meaningfully project at the moment, in my opinion, as too many variables in play which could have a quite a significant impact.

I have since re-read relevant rns inclusive of end of year 2023... I had regarded current liabilities as total debt so quite happy to agree with you on point 5, inclusive of non current liabilities so in my words... total liabilities slightly over £5+1/4 million...
