@Stoopid Return of Dividend would be great but Share buyback plan would work for strengthening the share price even better and definitely going to burn the Short sellers.So I personally prefer a share buyback plan compared to Dividend payout in current market scenario and it's more rewarding tax wise also

I must say i am feeling more confident seeing Key management persons buying CBG shares yesterday from Open market and i am happy to buy some more shares near that similar price based on my financial capacity

If all is well, why Share price is reacting so negatively and down over 5 percent?

Why can't CBG drag Viceroy's to court for trying to purposefully push the share price down for their own financial benefit?

I believe many weak hands sold out and booked profit today as round 470 level after such a huge gap up in the morning.Going forward it should be a slow but steady progress in upwards direction.A takeover bid is also cant be ruled at this point as there is now a clarity on FCA final redress liability.

The immediate resistance is 480 now..500 is the next important phycological level..Wonder what short sellers doing this morning 😅Complaining to Viceroy for trapping them

I must say , one thing CBG management always been very consistent with is "WAITING" and expecting things to settle down by itself without them performing any action!🤣

@Jperryuk Well, you very well know by now what I would have done mate in this situation.Point is , does Morgan got the spine to do the needful and at least for once stand for shareholders or willing to silently absorb this unfair treatment in the expense of Benefit street 🤬I hate to say that but due to lack of proper initiatives by management , CBG has become an easy pick for short sellers.

The prolonged silence and delay screams one fact,CBG management planning to absorb whatever additional is costs it is and not dare to challenge it in court and not going for JR.

Still can't see any RNS from CBG on estimated cost based on lastest updated from FCA and most importantly are they going to go for a JR to challenge it in court?
