Sounds like we are back to drawing board again and another round of legal battle going to start in Court unless FCA backs down and soften their tone which is highly unlikely going by the commentary from yesterday's meeting.

The SP fall won't stop unless Management reveal what's the immediate course of action and explain how they were so so off when they calculated the provision figure previously.I can understand up to 30-40 percent deviation in calculation due to complexity of the matter but they are now talking about almost 90 percent increase in estimated provision figures which is insane and not acceptable.What is the guarantee that it won't raise to 400 millions in next few months or weeks?
