@m007j That's a very positive update at current scenario.I strongly believe the worst is not priced in SP.500 plus a piece is quite possible and feasible IF the FCA come up with a decent and rational enough Redress plan to resolve this deadlock and nonsense.

@sg0913 913 Going by Moron Rathi's BS, I really doubt that it would be anyway less than £300m.It would be a miracle if that happens.Even little over £300m is also will be a big positive which again I doubt.I think it's going to court again after the FCA announcement as per the current state of play.

380 seems the immediate resistance and 400 is the phycological level SP needs to close above with volume for a sustainable up move.Ovoiously it would become very much news driven now with big intraday swing until the FCA final announcement on redress proposal and more clarity on liability for banks.

Who Morgan??🤣🤣🤣If he is so confident, he would have bought some CBG shares from open market yesterday or today morning to instill confidence..Any good CEO would do that.Check WPP , another UK company going through difficult times and financial stress and the key management purchased shares from Open market , not that it helped the WPP share price a lot but at least we know Cindy's money is where her mouth is and not only empty talk.

I can't see any sign of recovery and confidence in CBG share price yet since it the market opens up today!It looks like a divided house now for sure and investors are having a trust issue to believe what Management just said and not fully convinced it seems.

I am glad to see that CBG management took this Bear cartel targeted attack in SP seriously this time and came us with a timely RNS.Hoping to hear some more positive confidence boosting commentary from Management tomorrow.Bought significant number of CBG shares today between 345-360 by selling other holding Shares as I strongly believe its a good price for short term as well as long term gain and nothing much can go wrong from this price😊
