@knot Great analysis like always.One thing I am not quite sure, let's say if a customer didn't filed for compensation claim for mis sold car loan, in that case are they still eligible for payment if applicable or only who officially complained only eligible for payment after the redress final announcement ?Thanks

@sg0913 £5 a piece is the base case scenario provided the difference between redress proposed cost and CBG estimated claim cost is not over 50 million.Anything less than 300 million as proposed coat(Which i really really doubt would be the case because of Rathi) and the SP should shoot up above £6.Not sure if CBG management is planning to publish an RNS on 30th itself and may take one or two days to respond accordingly if the outcome is very negative.

Feeling a bit more positive about the announcement date as on Monday and not Friday.It seems FCA don't expect any knee jerk reaction from Bond market and UK financial institutions and expects lenders to agree with the final Redress schema and not going for a JR.

360 won't pose much challenge and with some luck we should able to see close above 360 today itself..400, 440 and 480 are the major resistance levels for this week.

This Friday, can we expect to see 450 plus level post FCA redress announcement?

@m007j I am always a big fan of Management open market share purchase using their own funds to show confidence instead of empty talks by management.Your action should do the talking, denying the the report would be a fitting response in ordinary time but this is not an ordinary time as the fear and pessimism is extremely high now and UK market and economy is suffering due to many reasons both internal and external.So, I would expect some out of the box solution from management and not some stereotype bandaid solution
