This stock is clearly being manipultated by a bunch of crooks. Who may laugh at this but wouldn't if half the people that lost money on here caught up with them it would put white collar boxing to shame.

People will be deseperate for holidays, booking one anytime soon is anyones guess. Then it will still be unviable to fly, each country has different quarantine rules. Plus most will be worried about finding and returning to work. Force people to save with mass unemployment.

The end of the market this gym caters to will not find paying a gym membership as a necessity.
It's like taking membership out in January with all good intentions, miss a few sessions then not return for another 11.5 months. Breeding ground for virus, not possible to clean equipement continously at peak hours or any.

People will argue against it but the simple truth is no one will be in a hurry to sell. Why on earth if you were a distressed seller needing a quick sale, resort to this method of sale to save 1-1.5% agency fee. Route to market will not be as concrete based on need as auction or local high street aganet.
