ShrewdDude67 - Complete joke. This should be 30+
On the way to 45 then 50
Anything less than 330 is a buy. Going to keep topping up, these are safe as Amazon.
Bad news = opportunity. These will be big bucks in the next few years.
"I wanted to warn others not to get drawn into the whole 36p buy in price",
"as we've already seen many times before ... this share can shoot up and down in a heartbeat" - exactly to your last comment.
If you know any information over you second statement related to first one, please share... (crystal ball) by any chance?
This is still cheap at this price. When it breaks 37 this is going well into 40's
Well if they genuinely wanted CPI to fail and had no interest they wouldn't waste their time posting.
Clearly wanting to buy-in cheaper. You're confusing wanting it to fail with sad desperation.
Spouting the same regurgitated message from last post.
Yes we know your opinion, what do you want us to do about it exactly?
Highly unlikely this is going back up to 15 (anytime soon or ever).
Online retailers are the only ones surviving. This has only accelerated the decline of High Street shops (unnecessary overhead).
Even sales of these Shopping centers to cover debt will only be attractive where asset enhancement can be achieved. Mixed-use resi, hotel etc;- Existing rent roll will not be enough to attract long term investors to buy. Even buying these unconditionally you would want a significant discount to balance risk.
Worth a punt at 3p.
Tuan6 agreed 100%
I spoke to a friend who has extensive experience in pharma. He said anyone claiming they can find a cure at this stage for COVID is absolute nonsense and misleading. Obvious those people are getting articles loosely regarding the topic, adding 2+2 and getting 10.
The play is cancer for this organisation, although developments in that space need clinical trials. Testing takes years. Also this company is still raising money it's very hard to put a value on an outright punt. Simply trying to make a few gains off minor bumps.
Any suggestions on potential floor price?
Do people see this hitting 0?
Skopes007 - Well that is the question.
People that are entrenched at this level are long term holders not speculators.
From my perspective at these prices even if they went down 10-20% that is fine for me. I would hate to be trading shares at higher values i.e 2-5 years ago. as would have further to fall. I will be holding these until at least 550 minimum. Will more than likely cash out around 1,200-1,500.
says Midland'boy' LOL. Almost ridiculous as your name does it come in Mens.
Sorry - JP and Goldman have this new price target of 45 and 70!
Look at the company forums you post on... Laughable really.
Are you that hard up for social interaction that you constantly post nonsense on here to get attention.
We know the companies you're monitoring are garbage. So what have you got money invested in exactly?
Very sad that you have no money here but continue to slate the stock. So desperate to try and get people to sell so you can buy-in. Makes you spineless because people that are unsure you make them trash investment by not holding.
Goldman and JP have this pegged at 40 and 70.
Again Marks&Spencer, Eddie Stobart, Dixons, Stagecoach and SIG LOL!.
Says the two guys who are on Marks&Spencer, Eddie Stobart, Dixons and SIG forums.
Thanks for the reply Dobbers.
The price seems to be holding strong compared with the wider FTSE.
I definitely want into TW not sure to wait 2-3 months. Kind of thought these values might drop to 08' all though it looks very unlikely. The last dip around 100 would've been a good entry but unlikely to be seen again anytime soon.
Any suggestions at a good price to buy?
You need to always expect a level of fluctuation.
I have over £10k in Capita, i'm not worried. I'll wait until these are x4-10 to 1.
Depends on personal investment criteria but you hit the nail on the head your £'s will work far better for you here than in the bank. Bets to not panic that's how people lose big money, you cant' predict the markets.
When you make a small profit don't be tempted to sell which is a common mistake you will miss out on huge gains.
DPLE - Don't sell these will shoot straight back up.
You wouldn't sell your house if it dropped in value same rule applies here, losses will only be a loss when you sell.
Stock is undervalued in my opinion.
Don't pay an attention to 2reincarnated - peasant goes around on every share group and spouts the same 20 rule. That figure is not based on anything other than his fantasies.
Capita are still making money along with telcos, online retail, supermarkets and pharma.
