I know a fair few Estate Agents from private groups to small private firms. Even the staff that were furloughed have gone back the very few who haven't are ramping up feet under desks next week. Trying to adhere to safe social distancing.
Also demand in activity is surging, multiple offers on houses and everyone has become an over night property developer ; )

I feel sorry for anyone who jumps off this stock given current momentum.
