Gatto ,at the moment from what I can see the board has a gathering of people who not only know their company but are also medium to large (in PI terms) holders. I doubt that many shares will be offered. This company was effectively relaunched in late September. Thats a fair old time to watch now.

Good news. I’m just cautious about big money, institutions etc. The XEL shareholders were crushed by the bondholders but the Xel management looked dim to me. Unlucky as well, killed off towards the end of the oil price episode.

I’m new to this share, a few months anyway. My O and G knowledge is ok-ish but I don’t know anything really about corporate issues. What, if you don’t mind me asking, do you think the risks are of takeover by the finance companies and their directors who have their own private holdings?

Also, is there any risk that as de facto financers of Lansdowne that they could engineer a plan to be senior creditors and thus able to crush small private holders via a debt/equity swop. I am of course thinking about GKP and other firms where the little guy was squashed, like a bug.
