Nice try Muchabout. My take is, if there is compensation don't expect it to be actually paid before the Christmas after next. If this BOD have been informed that FID is virtually certain I would challenge them to make two simple decisions.

1/ Sell the 'Greater Mediterranean' assets down to what safely and securely yields a netback of £50K a month. The o.p is excellent.

2/ Handover the subsea lead for SL (if RKH still has it) to PMO. They are grown ups and can handle it.

3/ Chop the management/BOD to the min and outsource oversight of remaining GM asset.

4/ Immediate special dividend yet retaining sufficient cash plus contingency to put SL into production.

Bigboffer predicted these games, playing out now. Added a few under 15 but would prefer to see the producer tested for another month or so before adding more. This will happen as storage and transport come online and the field engineers can vary chokes etc. Please be patient.

Thanks other Nige, being patient and holding firm is the game now. Early T/O would be unfair actually to the energetic and lets be honest, quite lucky CEO. You never really know which way a well is going to swing until drilled and tested.

If we can start booking barrels of oil and gas equivalent barrels and achieve say 100 MMbbls BOE packaged with production facilities $10-$12 per bbl is fair. Could take a couple of years but thats in line of sight now. That is what delineates us from the AIM turdpile. All pure speculation.
