With respect, I don't think that you are telling Martin Sorrell anything that he doesn't already know. I think that S4 Capital will move over to the US next year, it would make perfect sense considering that most of its earings are from the US.

If S4 full year results meet analysts current expectatios, @140p per share S4 will be trading at 0.77x earnings. Considering they used to trade @6.5X & 7X is quite a ridiculous valuation. The sooner Martin Sorrell moves S4 Capital to the NASDAQ the better. I don't think that the London exchange will ever value S4 at the valuation it would achieve over the pond. The alturnative is a USA company will take us out on the cheap. Come on Martin, make the move. You know it makes sense.

Pearl's just been watching the live trades. over 3 sell small trades within 50 seconds of one another the share price dropped 1.5p. Total amount of shares traded 1,751.

Pearls, if your theory is correct and we have a over hang of sold shares, I suspect that once these shares have been purchased we may well get a strong bounce back. It makes no sense on fundamentals why the share price is trading at such a low valuation. S4 are trading at only 1X earnings for a company that's on target to achieve 25% growth. Crazy.

A large 390,000 trade reported as a buy @139p just gone through. Shorts closing I hope or maybe SMS purchasing.

Earlier in the day according to ADVFN data there were over 100,000 more shares sold than bought. It currently stands at 20,000 more buys than sells. Makes me think that shorts caused the sell off so that they could close out. I cannot think of another reason for this sell off.

Not sure how the market can justify this sell off after reassuring results last week. Down 10p. Crazy markets at the moment.

Having more time now to go through the Interim results. The above looks very promising with S4 on target to reach its objective of 20 Whoppers. We also have the potential to reach a further 14, totalling 27 Whoppers by year end of 2024. If this can be achieved. Long term this looks very promising indeed for S4.

Barbacoa, you make a very good point regarding Rupert Faure Walker being on the board of the audit & risk commitee. Reassuring. I think that the director that you may well have been referring to is Colin Day.

Maybe we will find out on Monday if more S4 directors have been purchasing more shares.

I think that S4 will consolidate the companies that we have merged with over the next year and turn a profit in 2023. before I think SMS will move S4 Capital over to the NASDAQ, where I'm sure he feels that S4 would achieve a far higher valuation than in the UK. A perfect opportunity to raise some cash for further M&A going forward. This would make perfect sense with over 70% of revenue earned in the USA.

Pearls, yes, I've also been thinking the same thing. A USA listing would also make good sence IMO with 70% of the business over the pond.

It looks like Rupert Faure Walker purchase yesterday of 96,949 shares has just gone through @08.26am.
