Yes that would make good sense, I'm also of the same opinion that SMS will still be wanting a USA listing. Do you think that if this happens that we will have a dual UK & USA listing? I'm thinking that SMS would rather just have a USA listing, I think that I would also favour just a USA listing. This can only benefit S4 shareholders.

I'm surprised that SMS hasn't taken advantage of the share price crash considering that he topped up in Januaray @531p.

I think that S4 was down yesterday probably related to Tremor International who's shares dropped 22.65% on its H1 results..

I agree, S4 must look attractive to any potential predators. S4 IMO have a great future with some good acquisitions already onboard, with some very good clients. While everything has its price, I don't see SMS giving up his baby easily, but money talks at the end of the day. S4 are very good value at anything below £3 IMHO.

Tremor International's H1 Profit Shrinks On Higher Marketing, Administrative Expenses. Shares currently down 13%, not helping S4 share price today so far.

Shorttracker deosnt cover S4 Capital mate, only Euroclear do.

It doesn't look to me like BT are going to crack. Let's wait untill the cold weather comes to see who cracks first, if it goes that far. The CWU could be mistaken for the Labour party.

Are you a registered subscriber with Euroclear regarding notification of short interest in S4? If so when would you expect an update? Also, somone mentioned (it may have been you) that the current short interest stands at 40 million shares. If this is correct we maybe in for a very strong recovery in the share price, if indeed shorts are closing. Thanks in advance.

Probably the best thing to do is to do nothing with our S4 shareholding for 3-5 years.

If you were to ask anyone buyers or sellers of shares in S4 shares back in September 2021 when the share price was over £8 per share if they would like to purchase S4 shares at todays price of 146p with one condition, they had to hold the shares for 3 years, how many would snatch your hand off? I would think that 99% would take you up on the offer.

It would be good if we could take out and close above last weeks intra day high of 147.92p.

What a share price turnaround today, helped by the USA market. Down 4.30p this morning, to then close up 9p @145p. Nice.

At what price will we see a shorts squeezed out?

So true mate. Yes they managed to manipulate the S4 share price down 4.3p to now recover to be currently up 2.5p.

I find it frustrating that algo trades can move the share price to whatever price they want to. In the space of five minutes there were 22 trades all sells, no buys, they were able to move the share price down 1.9p with less than 11,000 share sold. So just when the share price was making a recovery after our weak start they are able to knock it back down again.

I thought that SMS would have been buying considering that he thought that the LSE valuation was low at £6 per share earlier this year with him talking of a USA listing to achieve a higher valuation. Still time yet I suppose.

4 large buy trades reported today according to ADVFN data. Maybe shorts closing or maybe more directors buying.
