I for one am not expecting a dividend until S4 report a decent net profit. My best guess would be year 2025 at the earliest. I'm not here for the dividend, I'm here for the growth in the company and share price. Any future dividends I will look on as a nice bonus. The patient S4 shareholder will be handsomely rewarded over the next 3-5 years. IMHO.

I would tend to agree. While I wouldn't rule out an PE bid, I would think that they would want it on the cheap. S4 aren't a distressed company and I'm sure that no one at S4 would welcome a low-ball bid. With SMS holding a golden share he would be the one that would have the final say. With his age against him he may well be tempted at £4 per share. However, I wouldn't expect a PE bid in that region, more likey £2.

Things can change very quickly with the share price considering that it only took 18 months previously for the share price to go from £1 plus to almost £9.

By year end 2024 S4 are expected to have reported revenues of £2 billion plus. I don't expect the share price to be trading at current levels by this time. Plus a possible NASDAQ listing that would also raise some cash for future M&A. All in all I'm pretty confident of the future for S4 Capital. JMO, please DYOR.

Nice turn around since USA opened, currently up 3.60p 2.77%. Volume also picked up in second half of the trading day.

I wouldn't rule anything out. Maybe BT will get a bid with a 40% premium of todays 140p share price = 196p.

Just taking a look at the crash in the S4 share price from September 2021 to date.

23 September 2021......... 870.00p....... Market Cap £4.880 bln
1 September 2022........... 123.10p.......... Down 746.90p 85.85%......... Market Cap £690 mln

I would like to think that we are somewhere near the bottom, but after the recent rally from 115p to 168p, it would seem that it was a dead cat bounce. Back down to 123p.

Hopefully S4 will announce decent H1 results this month, this may well help calm the market down and give some confidence and stablity to the share price.

Yes his largest shareholding in his portfolio is S4 Capital. In a previous video I think it may well have been in his August update, he said that he thinks that S4 will recover to being a £5 share price within a couple of years. He's also tipped S4 previously with a lot higher price than that figure.

Considering that S4 Capital share price went from 130p in March 2020 to 878p in 18 months, anything is possible. Time will tell.

I emailed SMS last week to ask if S4 were still considering a USA listing. The reply that I received was that there was no plans at this time.

I cannot argue with that mate. I think that we would probably all agree that S4 are cheap at the moment, but they are cheap for a reason. It's going to take time along with some good results that may take 6 - 12 months to regain market confidence. Going forward S4 management need to consolidate the companies that they have merged with and turn in a profit ASAP, to gain market confidence.

With the share price being below 425p, the price that S4 have set for mergers with regards the equity part of any deals, its unlikely to merge with any other companies in the foreseeable future. I would expect this to slow down future growth. I suspect that the market has already priced this in to the share price.

I'm hopeful that if S4 report good results in the H1 & Q3 that S4 share price can recover to £2 before Christmas, even with the expected recession. S4 produced growth of 24% through the pandemic so I'm hopeful.

Trust in the company, they have taken staps to prevent this happening again.

On 10 Aug 2021 S4 gave a RNS notice that H1 results would be released on 13 Sept 2021. No announcement yet, considering last year S4 gave over a months notice. I hope that a date is announced soon.

Just to add....
On 15 July BT share price lost 14.55p on news that our government was investigating Drahi's 18% BT shareholding. This week the result was no action needed.

On 28 July BT share price lost 14.25p based on speculation regarding VM/02.
