Pearls, I don't want to temp fate but I get the feeling that this morning was the bottom @135p. With recent large director purchases is giving some confidence to the market and shareholders.

Sorry that you may have missed out by a day on topping up. Far be it for me to tell you or anyone what to do, but don't you think that you may have enough S4 shares with your current holding being so large? Don't get me wrong I'm of the opinion that S4 Capital will recover in time.

If Tom can manage to live up to his word, this board should improve no end. But Tom has previous of making such promises, so I don't hold out much hope. GL

Pearls, what a day? What a turn around. I'm just about to look at all of S4 todays trades to see if there were any large trades. Yes I have noticed on ADVFN my own trades have been credited as sells when I have purchased and vice versa. Great day today, lets hope that it continues tomorrow.

Thanks for your concern Tom, you would be wrong, my ITV losses are small in comparison to your massive MKS losses.

I must have missed your post advising that we should all exit ITV. For your information, I sold ITV in June @69.52p. This will have been before your kind advice that wasn't asked for or indeed needed. I wasn't going to say that I had exited ITV, I didn't want to influence anyone, or rub it after the event with the share price falling further, because we are all responsable for our own share trades. It makes You are so full of yourself it makes me LOL. You're another Tom who's always right. Anyway, I moved on and did the right thing as it turned out I'm currently £20,000 better off having sold ITV.

Unlike you and Tom, I don't waste my time commenting on a discussion board that I have no financial interest in trying to talk the share price down (it doesn't work). I have far more things to do with my time than arguing with idiots. I made an exception today when someone calls me a liar I respond.

Once again you like to live up to your name Contrarian, you could be mistaken for being Tom, especially as you always come to his defence. You do make me laugh, you wait until now with the ITV share price down at 56p to bring something up that happened months ago when the ITV share price was in the 130's when I said that MY ITV fair value was 150p, at the time I enclosed that SimplyWall.st had a lot higher fair value than what I was saying. So please keep it real, you could pick most share prices after the event to score cheap points. Just saying it how it is. Honest as the day is long, unlike some.

Yes he's been waiting 4 years having missed the chance of purchasing ITV @50p when Covid struck.

Nice bounce off 135p this morning. Currently up 3p @144.30p.

Looks like Tom is the liar, the ITV share price hasn't been £2 in the past 5 years.

Tom do you remember in January advising us all to sell ITV and buy MKS at 250p, you claimed to already own £20,000 worth and that you had purchased a further £100,000 worth? Hows that trade going Tom? Last price MKS 98p. Not that I believe a word that comes out of your mouth. You do know that right.

Just to remind new ITV board members of Toms history.
Tom hangs around for 4 years on this board like a fart in a lift, (without owning a bean) his objective was to discredit the ITV CEO who he bet his family inheritance on and lost big time in another company. Hence his grievance of Carolyn McCall.

Will Drahi or anyone else make a takeover bid for BT? Analysts seem to think so. Would Drahi be able to rais the cash in this climate?

If the BT share price closes this week below 129.85p, current price 123p the BT share price will have dropped consistently for the past 10 weeks, and 11 weeks out of 12. Falling from a closing high of 196.60p on 12 July.

No one knows what Drahi's intentions are regarding BT. BT are on offer at this current low valuation. If no one takes advantage at this valiation, they never will. IMHO.

Pearl's thanks for that. Lets see what tomorrow brings. Hope that the selling pressure eases from now on and we can start to recover. Glad that we held on to 140p.

On 7 Jan 2022 Martin Sorrell purchased 10,000 S4 shares paying 532p per share & again on 19 Jan 2022 another10,000 paying 534p per share. I will be amazed if he doesn't take advantage of the share price @140p.

Willy, I think that we would just have one listing in the USA. There would be two costs involved to have two listings. SMS has said previously that he considered a USA listing but thought at the time it was too expensive. He commented ealier this year and siad that the costs in the USA had dropped. JMO.
