The Sales have been consistently growing....
Quarter after quarter, year after year....
It can be a struggle developing business infrastructure to process this.
No one doubt's the company's ability on this, having been successfully delivering to prestigious clients for over 4 years.
Which implies, passing the 8p/share previous peak will happen, likely during 2023.

Hi Cardinal3, if you look on the internet about S4 having a USA listing you see articles dated about 12 months ago when Sir Martin Sorrell wasn't happy with the UK stock market valuation of S4 Capital, this was when the share price was £4 plus. He felt that the market valuation was too low. He said that S4 considered a USA listing before deciding on a UK listing based on price of the listing in the USA at that time was expensive, but S4 would consider their options. I asked SMS a few months ago if it was still an option of a USA listing with S4 having 70% of its business over the pond, his reply was that the UK stock valuation would be effected with funds having to sell if they were to have a USA listing. He didn't rule it out, but IMO I think that he would only consider it if or when the share price recovers first. I think that a USA Nasdaq listing will happen sometime in the distant future.

Bald eagle, you may be surprised to know that SFOR's Sorrell only earned the following in 2021. Not the millions he picked up at WPP. I don't believe that money is his driver, its for SFOR to be bigger than WPP. Time will tell.

Hi Bald eagle, I've just checked my contract notes, I sold ITV on 28 June 2022 @69.53p I purchased SFOR in 3 lots 21 July 2022 @122.30p, 27 July 2022 @116.27p & 147.21p. 16 Set 2022 @147.21p. On 2 Feb 2023 I sold most of my shares at 244.21p My average price being 118.69p. Because I moved my ISA allowance over this brings my average price in at 120p.

I have watched S4 from when the company started in 2018, all because of Sir Martin Sorrell, What Sorrell doesn't know about the advertising industry isn't worth knowing. I kicked myself for missing out on buying in a lot earlier (2018) watching the share price go from strength to strength up to 870p, so when the opportunity came around again I took the plunge and jumped on board. I was in a almost 5 year hole in ITV having purchased @177p.

Yes I was watching S4 all the way down after they delayed reporting their full year results. When the results were eventually released they were good strong results, they then lowered profit guidance (profits warning) because they had expanded too fast, taking on too many staff, this can happen, apparently WPP made the same mistake years ago. It can happen to the best. All this is behind SFOR now and IMO the future is very bright.

I'm not shareholder who bad mouths a company because I no longer hold their shares, or because I made the wrong investment decision, or bad mouth the CEO because I made a bad investment decision in another company like Tom has done with Carolyn McCall. At the end of the day we are all accountable for our own investment decision, no one to blame but ourselves. I hate posters who because they have sold their shares they become bears on discussion boards, not that anything that anyone says on a discussion board moves the share price.

Bald eagle, I would advise that you take a look at future analyst earnings forecasts for SFOR, please do your own research if indeed you are interested in SFOR. Please don't take my word for it. Good luck.

Once again Tom your lack of knowledge lets you down. Go check out my comment history, you will see that I sold ITV @69.52p. My average purchase price in SFOR is 120p, I sold most of my shares @244p. I doubled my investment in 6 short months, I recouped all of my almost 5 years losses in ITV all in 6 months. That's how its done Tom. My loyalty in ITV got me nowhere apart from banking the dividends, so I took action, I made the right call, shame that you are still underwater here. I'm looking to re purchase SFOR before results this month. Happy days. Never give up Tom, there's a lesson in there somewhere.

Old analog linear tv advertising is the past, the future growth is digital advertising that is targeted to the right consumer. This is the reason that I switched over to the UK's highest growth company, that is a digital only advertising company, SFOR. SFOR is growing at 25% per year, doubling the company every 4 years. NICE.

FYI TomTit, unlike you I don't hang around on a discussion board that I have very little interest in. The only reason that I moved on is I sold out of ITV apart from a small holding. I recouped all of my ITV losses in SFOR. Happy days. Good luck counting that fantasy million pounds. Comedy Gold continues.

The chief executive of Deutsche Telekom has called obtaining a stake in BT the “biggest mistake” he ever made, saying: “I want my money back.” Tim Höttges told the Financial Times that he regretted a 2015 deal that saw the German group take a £5.6bn stake in its British counterpart, which has since lost almost £4bn of its value. “It was too early and I didn’t understand all of the obstacles around BT,” he said. Like many of its European peers, the former British monopoly has suffered from stagnant profits, intense competition and a falling share price as it invests billions of pounds in upgrading its broadband network to full fibre and rolling out 5G technology. Deutsche Telekom has managed to defy this wider trend in large part thanks to its lucrative bet on the US market via T-Mobile US; its shares have risen more than 60 per cent over the past five years. The German operator gained its stake in BT as part of a deal that saw it and France’s Orange sell British mobile operator EE to BT for £12.5bn.

Orange settled mostly for cash as part of the sale. But Höttges said he took the 12 per cent stake in BT because he was “panicking” about gaining exposure to a company that included both broadband and mobile operations. Despite the lost billions, Höttges vowed he “will get that money back”, saying he had a “clear understanding” of options, including increasing the stake further in the hope that BT’s fortunes would improve or partnering with another big shareholder, without specifying what action they might take. “I am not nervous, I will stay quiet, and do the portfolio transaction when I’m ready to do so. There will be a time when we will do a deal,” Höttges said, adding that BT is the “cheapest telco” and has a lot of potential to increase its value. Hi Pearls, I share your concern regarding Sir Martin Sorrell's health and future long term plans for S4 Capital. I'm sure that if plans weren't already put in place for his successor there should be going forward. The problem is how do you replace such a advertising genuis? We still don't know how serious SMS operation was. The market maybe knows, yet us shareholders are left in the dark. Maybe once S4 reports FY results next month we will get some stability back in the falling share price. I see this share price drop as only a bump in the road ahead, long term 2-3 years from now we should all be happy shareholders with a far higher share price than 209p we have today. Time will tell. JMO.

No walk of shame from me, I sold my almost 5 year ITV investment and moved in to S4 Capital, my average purchase price @120p per share, sold the majority @244p doubling my money in 6 months, I recouped all of my ITV losses and some, had a very nice holiday too. I remember your 99p ITV purchase Tom. I remember it well, you jumped on board ITV on the day the share price dived on news of the ITVX announcement, only to get your timing badly wrong. Funny how you never had a good word to say about ITV, yet you are now stuck in an underwater investment while I made over £110K. Karma is a wonderful thing.
