3 large off book trades reported as buys, all 364,000 shares. Plus a quite large UT of 309,123. Nice recovery of yesterdays losses.

At close today the FTSE All Share Index was down 0.41% S4 Capital closed down 10.7p 5.5% losing almost all of the past 2 weeks of gains in one day, while the Nasdaq is flat, down 0.04%. A very good reason why S4 Capital should switch from the London UK market and move to the USA Nasdaq.

Auson, thanks for the update, and good to see that it is on the way down. Much appreciated. If memory serves me correctly the number is down from just under 3% reported in November?

LoveLosses, reported in Q3 that S4 expect to have added 2 more whoppers by year end totaling 10. Target is 20.

Investing.com -- U.K. inflation fell by more than expected in November, easing the pressure on the Bank of England to keep raising interest rates against the backdrop of a recession.

The consumer price index rose by 0.4% on the month, down from an alarming 2.0% in October that was caused by the adjustment of regulated household energy prices. Analysts had expected an increase of 0.6% ahead of time.

That brought the year-on-year rate down to 10.7% from 11.1%.

Investing.com -- U.S. stocks are seen opening firmly higher Tuesday after the crucial November inflation report came in cooler than expected, suggesting prices may have peaked and giving the Federal Reserve additional impetus to slow its pace of monetary policy tightening at its final meeting of the year.

U.S. consumer prices rose 7.1% on an annual basis in November, a monthly rise of 0.2%, and a sharp slowdown in the rate of increase from 7.7% the previous month. The widely-watched core figure, which excludes the volatile energy and food prices, rose 6.0% from a year ago, up 0.2% on the month, down from 6.3% the previous month.

In answer to my own question there will be further issue of new shares following this years mergers of 4Mile, TheoremOne and XXArtists.

2019 merger with WhiteBalance 370,650 shares.
2020 merger with Orca Pacific 530,158 shares.

Regarding today's RNS announcement of issuing shares for the above mergers. Can anyone tell me how many more shares are to be issued for mergers that have already been announced. Thanks.

Clearly the above new shares will enter the market tomorrow and will further dilute our shareholding. It looks like it's depressing the share price too, down again.

I think that Drahi must have been warned off of making a move on BT.

The GLG 0.50% short reported on 24/10/22 was reduced to 0.48% on 10/11/22. It may well have reduced further since then since short trackers no longer track disclosures after they drop below 0.5%.

The share price is in free fall, down yet again today, now under 180p.
Since reaching 224p on very strong Q3 results we are down 20.5%. Oh dear, not good.

I think that if GLG Partners are still shorting S4, then the share price is in their hands. From memory, I think that their short is around 182p, so I hope that they are behind this share price drop, and they are about to close out.

S4 have traded in a tight trading range of 190p & 200p for the past 13 trading days. Current share price 187p. Not looking good if we close below 190p. Sorry to say that my prediction of 180p looks on, oh dear.

Hope its related to Drahi, he's gone very quiet sat on his heavy losses.

Shorts have a hold of this, more chance of seeing 180p than over 200p. IMO.
