The board now have release to do whatever they consider appropriate. I can't help think that Sterling's shareholders, if influencial in the Administrator's response as reported elsewhere, have just shot themselves in the foot. One might wonder if WHI don't hold a house position given how useful they appear to have been if one believes what one reads. Is this where Radix come into the picture?

Kamel17, Sensible comments. Poor GM outcome IMHO, given the circumstances. Doesn't bode well at all. Find it difficult to comprehend why the Open Offer was tabled without Sterling on board. Leaves the company very exposed.

Kamel17, Understand your position. As it stands, this seems a binary bet in the short term hinged on whether they get this one away. Beyond that, as you say, it hinges on the integrity, capability and fortune of Mr. Keegan. In that respect, the detail of the proposed options may be telling. One would think that 'sounding out' took place in respect of this Open Offer. What are your thoughts on this remaining listed?

Kamel17 If you don't intend to participate in the Open Offer (you have very valid reasons) where will you be post offer, assuming you still hold? If the Offer fails to reach min. subs. level, as you suggest it might, which would free the company up to seek funding elsewhere, what then? I'm not arguing you are wrong, I'm just wondering what your thoughts are.
