We have exhaustively investigated the possibility of finding a little extra cash within the sofa but unfortunately our efforts have proven fruitless. However we are pleased to announce that we have contracted to sell the sofa for £1.00. Whilst this is slightly less than the already depreciated value within the accounts the speedy transaction with settlement received by the end of today, 30th Sept. 2021, will provide sufficient cash to purchase a packet of biscuits to accompany our morning coffee on Friday. We would like to express our thanks to shareholders for their forebearance and for supporting our past fundraisings that enabled the purchase of the sofa which has proven invaluable over the years for taking afternoon nap, on the odd occasions when directors have had to visit the office to carry out their duties.

If comparing the 'offer' (33p pre consolidation = £2.65 post consolidation) to the current s/p that calc. is only reasonable if one was to deduct the new capital raised in Stage 2 from the current capitalisation. That is to say that the s/p would not be where it is today were it not for the Stage 2 injection.

On top of that, there was a recent debt issue too, which further added capital, so that's also in today's s/p.

Just supposing someone is suffering from ED, mild or accute, for medical, physical, age related or other reason, perhaps indeed someone reading this board, could, with some anticipation in mind and hope in their heart, go to the pharmacy and purchase MED3000 (if it were produced and on sale) and on initial application believed that it had some beneficial effect, how long might it take before they just became accustomed and found it less efficacious at time went by (given it contains no active ingredient)?

Now suppose that same ED sufferer finds the wonder product, of which they had high hopes, to have no benefit at all from the outset. How might that affect them?

Well, that should enable them to keep the lights on and a few logs on the fire during the dark days of winter chill, even if there's now 3 mouths to feed. Is it too soon to wish the execs a merry Xmas?

Does anyone think that looks like a manufacturing environment? Or even a piece of machinery in production use? Those nice "Pharm2Farm" decals stuck on with 'bluetack' like oversize 'post-it notes'. Material feed speed what 10cms/s? 3plys for a 4ply mask. One pack, apparently in plain overwrap falls off the end of a small conveyer belt on to... the floor? Another remains lifeless within. And those cardboard boxes, where do they come in?
