Yes a placing will most likely need to come, but in what form I don't know. I'm hoping the forward sold type is finished for this company and existing holders are called upon for the fund raise, unless they can get an institution on board ( and at not a significant discount).

Can we confirm that no forward sold placings can be undertaken as the authority to 'print' shares has been used up and so would need permission from existing holders.

Why the plunge in SP? Has to be shorter term funding concerns?

Yes cheers 'notafliper' I do feel longer term CPI will survive it's debt problems, though the overall business will be much reduced in size. I do expect to re-enter unless I get caught out not keeping an eye on it and the price runs ahead. Would like sub 40p in the absence of any news, but I'm no trading expert.

Unfortunately Capita isn't a straight forward covid play on the economy unlocking. It's created it's own debt problem ( for shareholders) prior to any additional covid related issues and this is the difficulty in valuing the business hence the optimism vs pessimism SP undulations.

In a stroke of luck I was shaken out at around 46-47p and decided to let the subsequent trend dictate as to what price to buy back in ( higher if need be), but the trend seems to have got bearish for now. Need a crystal ball here.

Results delay. Expected in April.

Looks like the SP has been drifting lower ahead of results showing investor nervousness. Anyone have any kind expectations of what the results will show or is it more important to look ahead (presuming the annual accounts won't look too good that is). Any forecasts?

Does anyone remember when this floated as Sprue Aegis? Did the prior owners exit or part exit on flotation or did they merely raise some working capital for the company? Cheers NR

Thanks Mickvick I've just got some more history from the other BB. It's been on the market around 3 years and done nothing basically. The new fund raise may bring something here but alot of it has vanished already in various fees. Someone (or someone's) has made alot of money on the placing expenses alone.

Looks a gamble on punters paying higher on solid news of something. Not taken a bet yet myself.

This looks like it's on it's upward cycle. Having thought the cycle would commence at 8p and then 6p I did manage some at 3.85p also. From what I remember they have plenty of cash, oil sales and more going for it, but sometimes the market just looks for undervalued shares when everywhere else has risen 100% and more.

Hope some operational news is forthcoming. Could do with getting back on the radar.

I did say before that I don't how to value PREM, and it seems the market doesn't either. This is fast becoming like a game of poker. I'm in longer term so looking at it 6 months down the line, but a few here are mentioning funding?

I think because we've seen a high of around 0.5p (was it?) earlier today and didn't sell, now we feel paralyzed to sell lower than that (for a profit or to cut a prior loss)?

Not saying anyone should still sell or that it's not good value here as I don't know how to value PREM. But that is what is causing peoples frustration here. Instead of focusing on the 500% rise from the lows and good news that should now underpin that rise at this level hopefully, we now have that 0.5p in our heads and think it's a bad day? lol

Today RNS. SP could spring up a bit from this low area as we await what his plans are for the company. Sounds good to me.

I'm skeptical as anybody else but the market is seemingly driving this valuation and after several years, surely there could be something achieved at last?

If not then why would we bother with any mineral explorer as they more or less all the same in terms of targets, delays, placings and decades later........... Isn't Circum meant to be worth multiples of our mkt cap anyway?

Must have been many notty stomachs back then. Now look at it. Not saying it's a guarantee here but CLP is a great bet on the future of Crypto. Looking forward to seeing where we are at this December.
