I would have thought they would have done one before now if needed, but perhaps there is a risk of one and it could be received positively anyway. They are selling assets (businesses) off to raise money and address the debt problem. That's fine but how much can you sell before you are left with a very little business.

This is what bugs me about companies running and expanding on debt which eventually sinks any shareholder value if profits don't justify the borrowing, meanwhile staff earnings, management salaries etc and pension liabilities have accrued over time while profits slip away.

I've sold ( mainly because I got caught out on a shake last week)though now will take a look after the results. Had I not got 'shaked' I would likely still hold them.

Well yes but I mean the last two days fall, enough to put the eebie geebies up some investors. I'm looking forward to name change to 'Miner One' (or similar) or at least being listed separately perhaps and introduced to the US investors. I would think the longer term plan is around that.

approximately the equivalent of the entire Mkt cap of CLP today. I'm very interested to see things here in 8 - 12 months time especially after what looks like a savage plunge in the last two days, enough to scare many 'investors' away.

Of course if I'd have known I would have traded out temporarily, but had I been lucky and taken 4.2p bid, then I don't think I'd have been lucky enough to get back in again as the psychology/fear starts again when waiting to buy back in. lol

........and many thought it was over. Today it's up 36p at the moment. CLP can be the new ARB. As long as the Bitcoin.Crypto story is truly the future then so is CLP. But don't listen to me, I am going to say that, as I'm holding until December at least to see what plays out.

I've missed out on loads of ten and 20 baggers just to take a profit from fear of losing it. Hoping CLP is worth the wait.

I've been holding throughout the ups and downs. This has the elements for a super bagger IMO. I've never had a multibagger before, because I always sold on the initial rises or bailed out at a loss , thinking it was all over. Classic example of heart ruling the mind.
This one hasn't got going yet and the new recent investor on board is here for a reason and not to day trade. I expect to be holding throughout 2021 and see where we are at around December.
Obviously everyone has to work of their their own experiences and act accordingly.

Dips being bought and have to sit tight through the slight pullbacks to see 4p and beyond. We are in the right sector for that.

I've been in this stock for ages now, surprised it's still 'alive' considering what it's been through, though what happened to the money they were conned out of with the fake sheikh deal? So much for the boards claim of pursuing it back. Hoping the Metallon influence is going to put this company back on course.

Seeing the valuations of the other Crypto stocks, I'm surprised the market is holding back here. Maybe not for long though?
News of a decent compensation win would likely set it alight though.

Want to see the 3-4p targets. Not saying they'll get there but I'm holding out for the next weeks as a litigation claim news is seemingly due.

A few buys today buying the recent dip. Some surprising good news (if we get it) will work wonders here. Must be a reason for the recent director buys and we'll know eventually.

Should hear soon from this deal officially going through.

Never seems to be any mention of profits with this company. Todays update seems the usual turnover story.
Cash position is healthy but they just raised most of that from shareholders with a big dilution.
Could be seen as maybe the bottom perhaps but past history is not very inspiring.

Ideally we need the Billionaires back in communication and plans that kind of rise. Could happen.

Yes cheers Gerry. I'm still hanging on. One of very few shares that seems to going my way at the moment.

Because whenever I've tried trading a stock, eventually it leaves me behind and psychological reasons seem to prevent me buyer higher than I sold at when trading, so i'm trying to sit tight. Obviously depending on any significant news that can change. Bad news - I'll take a loss, good news I'm in profit and will likely buy more higher up (presuming good news pushes it that way).

I would be interested in the traders here who sold around 35p a couple of days ago, if they would buy back higher if the SP creeps up? I know they are waiting for lower meanwhile. Feels like bingo sometimes I know.

Have not sold any myself. I find I trap myself out of 100% on many occasions just for a quick turn. Sitting for 6 months minimum.
Have any profit takers got a price in mind to get back in and what happens if it continues blue for the next few days?

Yes the market does move unexpectedly and more so in individual shares. Must have been a lot of Investors doubting on the side that have been flushed out into buying. A decent RNS would really underpin expectations.

With the vaccine roll out and expected lifting of lock downs and restrictions later this year, I would think the market is buying ahead for that and STOB fits the bill to benefit. It's been lagging the rally amongst medium size companies like the Buses/Rail etc.

Yes and about £112,000 quids worth between them. Surely that's fairly significant. I wonder if they will follow through with more as the market has taken note and upped the valuation.

Yes, I think I can sit on them for a few months yet and maybe see why directors bought shares a few weeks ago.
