Yes cheers Yanis. How I understand things is that normally the shares are forward sold and the broker then simply picks up it's stock cheaper afterwards.
Am I right to presume many were forward sold and this remaining amount has been paid for by Monecor at 0.325p.
Is it possible they won't sell the remaining stock sub 0.325p as the market buyers at this moment are very few now. Cheers NR

Talk of dividends. It all sounds good but exactly how much profit are we looking at? I have no idea, but have a chunk of shares just in case it turns out a successful and growing business.

Well we all know some kind of fund raise will come. Is it going to be a forward sold type (death spiral)? Will it be a more shareholder friendly type (ie placing with existing holders) or will even a corporate entity take a strategic stake (and at a premium)?

The SP seems to have picked up and held up at the moment on very low volumes. If we get news on increasing sales then it looks good for a classic re rating and the market taking the company seriously. Mkt cap does seem low for a producer and one that does seem to be increasing it's sales.

I've been here so long that another six months or so to know for sure the sales figures coming up is neither here nor there and worth holding for IMO.

My concern is not money being raised (it's needed), but the likelihood of a forward sold placing rather than a wealthy individual or institutional investor coming on board.

Doesn't GR have any connections to resource investors. Surely PREM have some serious assets to interest some corporation or investor to come in at this stage. We've been drilling and proving there is stuff in the ground for a long time now.

Yes a tough time for 'individuals' as Inflation is government policy to erode the real value of government debt over time. That's why they introduced Quantitative easing.(Blatant Money Print diluting the currency) similar to heavily discounted placings.
MCB should be able to pass on the costs to the consumer eventually. These trading updates are very erratic (good/bad/good/bad etc) so the next one should be surprisingly good, like the one they gave before this one.

This is the nature of oil drilling. Shareholders money is spent on employing directors, managers and paying their remunerations and on contractors drilling on behalf of the company. If you don't find oil, you've lost the money, simple as. You then have to ask shareholders for money to continue paying salaries and maybe more money to drill more holes.

It's a very risky pursuit and all the risk is on the shareholders. If you hit black gold the rewards are potentially good but they are so rare in the exploration business unfortunately.

I've never made anything on oil explorers (except the odd and rare lucky trade punt) so not sure when I'll learn my lesson from continued disappointments.

OK just read the prospectus. Cash raised after IPO expenses went to MAST.
Not sure how healthy Kibo's balance sheet is but I doubt they can sell too meaningful any shares they own in the spin offs to raise cash.

Does anyone know if Kibo received any cash for the MAST flotation or did they just retain 55.4% of the equity with cash going to MAST(presumably Kibo owned 100% prior to flotation). Cheers NR

I sold the few I had too as consolidation is usually followed by the SP slipping away again ( all other things being equal).
Took a loss.
It doesn't make sense I know, but that's what seems to happen as the market value is driven by market participants and how they perceive things.

I think the 'hit' is a bit bigger than the market thought, or at least I thought we'd offload for a £1 and that would be the end of it. Alot more complex and costly it seems.

and I'm expecting a listing on NASDAQ too. In 8 months time I think this price will look like a bargain rather than a precarious peak for the nervous holders/traders here.

Everyone has to to do what they think. That's investing for you. I've had loads of multibaggers but never made more than 20-30% because I sold them. For me, the' Story' here is evolving exactly as I thought it would and the name change I was sure was coming.

Name change alone will attract attention and investors. I daren't sell as I've made too many mistakes selling for a pizza when I could have owned the shop.

I'm trying to see 6-12 months ahead as the crypto revolution and blockchain develops. In 10 years time this could be the amazon or the ebay of blockchain.

Well I sold out at around .62p this morning. I was so desperate for a profit as I hardly ever get them.

I haven't a clue as to where this is heading, continuing up or back down again. The Zak Traders Cafe stuff, as much as I like the guy as he's good fun and such a likeable character, but not sure on how reliable any of his chart forecasts are.

BPC fate is in the hands of it's board of directors and with a bit of luck for a farm in and subsequently hitting oil afterwards. I will buy back in if I get the chance at .5p or close again, assuming no bad news has driven it down, that is.
