On reflexion and close analysis this could very well fall bellow 600s, lower highs and even lower lows seem to be the average

Its being held back, the dark forces in control, looks like they are trying to bore you into a state of sell , ive seen this before just before things take off, happened with mng and Phnx, both now at long time highs, just keep buying

You will be getting the Divi percent at whatever price you bought them at, so if you buy them now for example at todays price you will get 6.7% back on your investment per year, that wont change even if the price increases unless you buy more at a higher price then on those shares you will get less percentage , so if you re-invest your div at a higher share price those will be lower percentage, obviously the company from time to time will increase the dividend % if performance allows, if the share price goes down the divi percentage goes back up, well thats the way I see it

Exactly that, have traded this over the months along with Phnx Aviva Lng and Mng so any falls wont really matter as have already made money on this, Phnx looking frothy imho so have exited with profits along with Aviva, Lng Mng and now this I will hold just for Dividends, Happy New Year

Been watching this for a while and whilst everything else is looking overpriced ive started a small entry into this for its Dividend, going to buy and forget with any downfalls I will add, seems the lowest this has gone is in the 90s, 8.5% Div is a gift considering the interest rate is coming down looks like this might have legs

Nice steady rise and no surprising falls, really liking this company , been here in one form or another since begining of covid, the 100s gone now get ready to say goodbuy to the 200s, still time to buy on any weakness probably might see a shake out before the rise to get rid of the tourists, any downgrades I would take with a pinch of salt , this outfit are slick operators imho

Phnx and Aviva now in the trading scary zone imho, big rises and sometimes bigger falls,any bad news and your going to come unstuck or get stuck in, favour Lgen and Mng for stable growth and returns but always wary on pre xmas rises, just too much to go wrong even though I like to be a glass half full have seen this alot even though its hard not to get exited about it all, Im sitting on my hands as have had a good run up, would have liked to stay in phnx around the 650s/680s up to divi time but profit is profit same as Aviva so just holding my 2 faves Lng, mng into the new year, merry xmas all
