I know when im beat and as much as I like profits when things are going great you have to except losses, personally 4% loss for me is exceptable and wont loose any sleep as have done ok considering , 118 dollars a barrel of oil and scaling back on production is going to be a supply crunch, stagflation and growth going to go in reverse along with the stock market, all that old garb investing for the longterm is all well and good if your just starting on your investing journey but Trump and wrecking crew have only just got started

Just take a look at Aviv and Phnx aka SDLF and MnG if you think these wont get to pandemic prices youre maybe not from this planet, whithout being a doomster America has not got the right President to fight a war with Iran, this wont end well if it ever does that is

Obviously takes a while for the second coffee to kick in but coming down nicely as one would expect, so many better dividend stocks around from companies that actually make money for their shareholders, how far down the line would you like for a turn around, im in camp of the life is too short to be that optimistic

Be patient, probably a pump and dump

A nice drop from yesterday will help to make up for the Dividend cut but I wont be piling in if Vistry was anything to go buy, the property and housing market is in deep crisis, no getting away from that

Dividend seekers wont be happy as stronger companies with healthy increasing dividends elsewhere, if your in love with TW and care about their business then they are saving a bit of cash by not giving it to you, for me the whole point is passive income for my pension if I have to stay interested in buying these shares, all in all they are going knowhere in 2026 just surviving

Looks like Vistry bought the whole building sectar down, tomorrow may be a better buying stratagy

Unless you have the stomach for investing you should leave well alone, so many get caught out as they only like buying on the way up, unless the price of land comes down to a pound an acre I wouldnt lose any sleep

Last week everyone would have been gaggig to buy these at this money, are we at war or something??
