If she let us keep/have more money we would spend more invest more, all she is doing is making the country feel poor and hopeless

A lot of trading days left before budget, might be a fall from a much higher level, this share has legs imho but not everyone has the appetite

The picture I see is reliable dividend at still over 8% and increasing Sp, fair to good results in a competative market and positive broker ratings, sometimes its best not to look overthink these things..

Picked up some of these in the 150s and also took a nice dividend, have since parted as for me im in unknown territory, all my shares seem to go up once I sell , GLA

Whole Sector is down, good opportunity to add some imho, Aviva similar drop 3.5% over 2 days, nowt to worry about, Phnx 8.3% div with broker upgrade against Aviva 5.5% div,

Been looking at news that Trump has now crashed the us stock exchange all over again with his tarrifs, S&P 500 down near 3% at close on Friday, billions wiped off the market! through pure luck sold 70 % of my holdings end of last week, will be interesting to see how the ftse reacts monday as could be a repeat of April, main thing to all in deep not to panic, Gold and Silver hitting all time highs last week, maybe something was going to happen but you can be sure alot of corrupt insider dealing went down in the US and maybe a pump over here on friday

All wrapped up in a share dealing isa my friend, and taking trading fee's into account im up 20%, most of the profits this year have gone into gold and silver as have finally realised that the whole financial system is one huge whopper of a scam, dry powder now always a priority ready for the next fall, 40 years in the motor trade has taught me to not to be greedy or suffer from fomo so my trading is only into a few key holdings that I know well, if I get it wrong I just sit and hold till dividend time, im not a trader by any means and the whole stock market in reality is one huge gamble! I hope phnx does go over 700 but you can bet your house at some point it will drop 11% + its just how the market behaves and even when phnx produce good results some tea boy from a big institution who knows naff all will be tasked with writing some bs in order to create doubt

I prefer to buy shares that are falling.... when they rise I have the compulsion to sell, all this hold stuff until the next comet lands bla bla is way beyond my patience threshold, how long do expect to live ? Ive made the same dividends + some , just get them earlier, never re -invested just waited for bargains , never suffered from fomo as just when you think you will never own a particular share again, something always happens to brings it crashing down, a rich man told me once, your first profit is your best

I think Trump already played that card of crashing the market in April, however its a practice much used on a regular basis as the heads of all those institutions are all power crazy currupt mafia style grifters, once you recognise that you can start to make more sense of how it all works, thats why Ive started to pull out slowly and convert to gold and silver

The only share thats guaranteed to rise once you sell...... mustn't grumble though as have done really well trading this over the last 5 years, however starting to look a bit toppy considering the current climate

Been looking at this but the dividend seems measly, better options out there....
