DJ - I’m not unduly worried in the medium-longterm, so keeping my ABF held in the investment account. I will see how things to go the trading account in the lead up to Christmas.
CCR, Interesting - just looked them up - they bottomed out sort of this time last year then went up 10% over the Christmas/New Year. One word of warning an update from Wetherspoon as follows from mid December

We will be retaining Thatchers Gold, Kopparberg and our range of guest ciders.
We will no longer be selling Strongbow or Strongbow Dark Fruit.
We will be replacing John Smith’s with Worthington’s Creamflow, brewed in Burton-on-Trent, where Worthington beers have been brewed for around 260 years.
We will also be adding draught Corona Extra and Budweiser, two of the biggest beer brands in the world, and Leffe Blonde, the number-one speciality beer in Europe.
We will no longer be selling Foster’s, Kronenbourg or Heineken.
We will continue to offer San Miguel, Carling, Coors, Carlsberg, Stella Artois and Bud Light.
As regards traditional ales and craft beers, we will continue to offer all of our popular brands, including Ruddles, Doom Bar, Abbot, BrewDog Punk IPA and Shipyard, as well as our extensive range of guest beer
