I'm going to stop moaning here for a few months to allow Mr Colin Bird - more - time to get clarity on the Manica forward plan - including any additional plant build out plans...xtr's contribution to.... and revised agreement off the back of ...and getting monies owed smoothly flowing in xtr bank a/c.. etc - but the longer he shy's away from transparency/marketing on/of Manica the more suspicious people will of course get, I fully understand.

Generally, even including the limited Manica transparency, I'm still shocked - and gutted - the s/p is this low around this time... but, as anything can happen in this game, I wouldn't be more shocked again if it went a bit lower.. towards balance, nor would I be shocked if it went a bit higher either.

(In Feb/March 24 time .. hopefully things will be clearer/better here.. If not, I'll have one hell a guts of 10 year history of the one and only Mr Colin Bird @ xtr.l - multi - posting exercise to undertake here....including, perhaps, the Bird machine looking to pull together to suspend/remove me from LSE BB posting)

I’ve said plenty more than once here that I’m looking to be the poster who adds the least value to this BB, Ojay .. and I’ve been very consistent in looking to achieve that .. indeed I feel I’m near the level of poster who adds the least value humanly possible to this BB at this stage .. so not hard to figure out I’d offer back 😉

(Generally, sadly there are lots of people down for eg 70 to 80 per cent ish here .. or put another way that’s could be for eg 300 or 400 per cent ish up on current s/p required just to get back to break even..I understand highlighting positives can be useful here too , but towards balance , plenty of weight should be put on the extent of the s/p journey back required here by - too - many long term holders .. imho )

I hear you back to the soil and that's my tick up... round numbers speaking; 3 ish p average to current 1p ish s/p for eg is in the 60 to 70 p/c down range .....so if you're buying in 4's , 5's and 6's and 7's ...on the face of it, having a 3p ish average is a 'tricky' thing to achieve ?!. .... UNLESS.. for eg.. you've done some selling at a profit in xtr plenty previously ago, and are also factoring that profit into your overall currently % down calculation...

If CB needs some more time to 'smooth out' things Manica.... such as Xtr's contribution to new plant build - or existing plant upgrade instead - and maybe 'fine tuning' the existing nett revenue share agreement off the back of this.... and getting owed cash flowing in smoothly going forward ...etc.. then I somewhat get that ..but this far already into the Manica journey he should be all over all this already.... so I can't see why this will take more than a couple of months more from here..... and he should be much more open and transparent on the detail of Manica thereafter, at least .... and market it strongly too.. at latest quickly enough into the New Year.. imho

If he doesn't people are going to get more suspicious again in the New Year.... and given his history, who'd blame them.

Generally, if he's not strongly marketing a very transparent Manica current state and forward plan by February I think he should hand over the xtr.l reigns to a new CEO by early to mid Spring ( great if he wants to Chairman only of xtr.l thereafter.. etc.. )

If latest conversion - and perhaps even more conversions to soon/ish come too - were towards holding for a meaningfully higher s/p then that would be a meaningful contributor towards game changing here imho..

I'm no level 2 man, but great if Stas is right.. however, I also note that his first thought on this a few days ago was that there was not enough - buying - liquidity for them to sell that converted stock meaningfully into around now, might just as easily be correct.. so meaningful buying required to form a clearer view on which is more likely intention re recent bond conversion, perhaps..

Hopefully, over the coming few months things smooth out in sundry Manica ways.. eg monies transferred into xtr.l bank account .. eg production costs ..... but we're being kept plenty in the dark on the detail here so far.. including - but absolutely not limited too - any cost share agreement that might be agreed re build out of a second processing plant / or adaptation of the existing processing plant instead....

If CB is to undertake focused marketing activity on Manica, more transparency will naturally be a function of such an exercise.... CB has, so far, been slow to start any such focused marketing activity on Manica..... etc...

My latest guess on that flipper is some/any where in the 1.75p to 3.5p range (I had previously offered 2p to 4p as my guess on this.... but costs per ounce are currently higher than I expected.... Also, in the round on my overall latest thinking on this subject, a next 'latest' guess I might offer might easily be - a bit - more down than up on this 'latest' 1.75p to 3.5p guess...)

(no workings from me will be offered here on that btw .. I wouldn't be comfortable doing that)

Generally, perspectives change over time.. eg the rules of the game that Bill H was brought up to understand have changed to different ones over the years, especially in more recent years... they might change somewhat back again, who knows... but one thought that has stayed big in my mind for a few years now is:

Apparently there are very approx 1500 small cap metals explorers listed across every exchange in the World - unlisted on top I have no idea - and what % of these will be live mines by 2035 is an interesting q to me.... 1 or 2 % is my guess... hopefully this is one of them.. but if you're into mathematical probability the odds are generally appalling...

(Indeed casino gambling odds might well be far better, on average... but ..lots of range trading opportunities for AIM metals explorers through the journey granted...eg one of my bigger wins in this game went under 3 months after I cash out 90% of my holding ...and losing all your bet can take much time.. and you can sell down/out at any stage to recoup some of your bet ..... and spread betting short an option, but I don't do that ....etc to balance that first point out )

I'd like to second what NoelS says below about FK1.. FK1 was indeed continually right here. I tip my hat to you Sir for such good calling here for such a long time.

I just read the RNS now. A sad day for all shareholders .. and this may easily soon end up a total write off.. but that's still not for certain.

The management teams performance had been awful for such a long time here... and I hope justice is served to them in other ways in their lives.

Sadly, one more eg of how brutal this AIM game is... it's kinda tragic really

Finally, sincere apols for me tipping this - with sundry caveats, especially around short ish term range trading opportunities, in my small defence - on and off over many years.
