Many good points there cyberiachas.. and the cash in the bank from manica sale does indeed set this apart from many in this sector on AIM, thankfully.. that's why I have a decent sized bet in play here..

(but there are macro issues with this small cap explorer game that are mathematical odds brutal generally.. not to mind finding meaningful resource in the first place... there are 1500 plus such sector co's listed across sundry markets of the world .. and a big bunch more again that are unlisted too.. and maybe 50 to 100 ? major / mid tier producer co's across the world with pockets deep enough to make 100m gbp plus acquisitions.. and thereafter invest substantially to get to production live too ..etc )

Investors here get very - very very - bored waiting and so go out and 'buy shoe' a lot.... So Investors like Mr WOS needs bigger again profit 'in the end' here as the first 5k gbp will already have been spent on 'shoe shopping' over the last x years !!

Meanwhile sneaky sneaky trader do well for years here... and buy lots of nice sneaky sneakers with actual profits made.. and can switch to being investor not trader if and when see fit....

ps I do sneaky sneakers top up buy here yesterday at 3.10p.... barely brings down my average .. but need more trading pot ammo..

Generally, I'm guessing that some with deep pockets and brave souls / keen gambling ethics and averages in the 4's and 5's and 6' p may decide to average down here as we go.... which should help this s/p rally..

(when I saw that 18k buy this morning.. someone averaging down came into my mind quickly.. for eg )

Timing is important in any such averaging down play..... and the the coming weeks may be seen by some as a good time to do this ..

(BUT this remains a high risk bet generally.....no different to much of AIM though, in truth.. place your bets as you see fit - or not - and hope for the best.. etc )

PS: Towards practicing what I preach, I did average down punchily here a while back.... and am at my max bet size allowable per stock here already now (but having sold down plenty in profit, that averaging down was from as smallish base position and so I got good bang for - relatively - far from huge buck.. and I understand averaging down might easily be a bigger financial decision for plenty here though.. so please don't see anything I say in this post as advice to average down.. this is betting; anything can happen.. etc

It's a racing certainty that I'll never be accused of being a fan Mr Colin Bird...yet still, I'll freely admit that this s/p is unfairly low by most all definitions of my valuation criteria.. 2p ish far more than 1p ish is what I currently value this share at, even by bearish valuation criteria..

Hence why the s/p has fallen from 10p ish to 1p ish in the last 12 months, Chris.. (and 17p ish to 1 p ish in the last 18 months, Chris)

At 1p ish s/p this was priced as likely to go under in 2024 imho.. if that's not the case now - and given after a truely awful year it has cash in the bank still now, and it a mine that can be producing long, long after you and I are gone - then a market cap of 1.75 m ish gbp here around now seems small to me.. and so, towards further putting my money where my mouth is, I did a top up this arbo..

A high risk play still , I fully get... but I can fairly readily see a path for this s/p - potentially - going back towards 3p thru 24 now...

In the circumstances I'm relieved and ok with all that's in this RNS.... and think this company can turn itself around fairly decently thru 24 .. (and my fear of this going under in 24 has abated significantly now too)

A decent to strong s/p rally this arbo wouldn't surprise me.. especially as the fall from 17 ish peak to sub 1p - it potentially going under baked into that sub 1p price too - was an enormous fall by any standard

Instead of going under in 24, hmi.l may well - hopefully - turn itself decently around

In truth, my overarching interest here now is in those arbitrationS outcomes....and I have high hope for at least very meaningful positive outcome/s.. and maybe/hopefully enormously positive outcomes, even

Apologies for that error TheSeawolf.... and what's happened here is more shocking so ..

Having topped up in the 4's and 3's, it's best I now just sit and watch how this plays out..

That said, I now get that I should have sold at least a decent tranche of my holding in the 5's instead of starting topping up early in the fall back .. total hindsight, of course...... as it didn't remotely dawn on me to do that at the time.

Back to 3p here so far this week has shocked me hugely ..showing me one ore mime how crazy AIM is ... especially via the brutal bear market we've been thru over the last two plus years on AIM.. resulting in paranoid schizophrenia taking hold of the many badly suffering players - still left - in the AIM betting game imho.. and that's far from easily curable condition, alas

All this positivity .. spring must be in the air..

...bringing out some irrational exuberance.

The share price is the benchmark this game is played against.. and this one is utterly, unequivocally and extraordinarily abject .. AND.. still falling.

Plenty of good posters ongoingly here, whose inputs I've appreciated that for a good while now - this is a stock I like the potential of .. not a core p/f holding for me but I have held in pretty small size for a long time, including range trading a portion of my holding, in fairness - and I'll be holding this share for plenty of time yet, I expect... but, again, in the round, I'm shocked/gutted where this s/p has gone thru Friday.. and now into this mornings session....

Profit taking from some with lower averages... and stop losses for those who bought in in the 5 and 6's p on Friday in potent combination, perhaps.. But clinical trial funding uncertainty maybe the core underlying reason, I'd guess.....

Whatever, it is what it is..... and I'm now in the early stage process of downgrading my s/p expectations here for the coming months, alas.

PS; Attempted bullying of me by The DogFarther - on Friday - is sad.. The guy behaves like he owns this BB ..some part arrogance some part delusionality, imho

Shocked and gutted by s/p play out today.. roll on next week.. hope springs eternal..

Wow .. a proper rally today.. caught me off guard a bit and didn't top up in early 40's like I was planning.. hopefully 45p + incoming and I top up in mid 40's instead..

PS; while I could now see a bid that takes FUM out happening in 2024.. my guess remains that 2025 is more likely for such an occurrence.. and 100p area remains my guess on what FUM would sell for in 25 ...or 24..

It would be lovely of this s/p woke up somewhat more from here in the coming days/weeks/etc..

I'm starting to wake up to my holding here now .. and indeed the potential here now..

...and I'd happily average up a bit by adding sone more in the 40's p .. if/when it goes there.. please!

Perhaps a different two words if your mortgage is for 1m gbp and you're selling 25% of your house for 500k gbp, PC ?

If the asset/ stake in the business sale is at a strong price and solves short term cash flow issues to boot then it’s not prejudicing bond holders, it’s doing the opposite , it’s supporting/enhancing their Investment in pfc bonds.. so the bonds re rate and the equity rerates
