Noels 99.9 per cent down from peak of earlier post is a tough one to swallow.. but as I'm open to a top up in the .40's or lower I could nearly live with that :-)

I've lived amazing meaningful turnarounds from the near dead of 90 to 95% range off peak eg Rose now Zephyr/ Tullow/Xtr etc and was hoping for a new all time achievement of a turn around from 99% down from peak here .. but a meaningful turnaround from 99.9% is effectively impossible, I'll guess ( thats ok , I've had approx 10 stocks go to zero in my AIM game so far.. but the gains from the basket case bets have plenty more than made up for that, fortunately.. and that's why I'll only have 3k gbp absolute max in this punt around now )

Towards helping keep a sense of perspective here: it's not as though this s/p is 99.9 per cent off its peak, it's only 99 per cent off.

I added some here this morning.. and am open to adding more again.. and this is more towards a medium than small size bet in my p/f now..

Generally, while I have previously done my fair share of cynicism/questioning of this share - and stand by all that - I'll admit that I'm getting somewhat excited here around now, in fairness..

The new acerage acquired is good news.

And seemingly, as crypto route effectivelly binned, they have a broad new plan now towards getting rid of that gas to allow the extend well test for oil....The plan may well still be somewhat woolly though as they're not elaborating on it in the RNS.. And so my guess is delays of some shape(s) or form(s) may well occur versus previous latest offered timeframes..

For medium to longtem holders that can be taken as small noise and for my core holding I'll go with that .. but part of most of my bets is around the short term/ 'in play ' and so I sold the 50k I added earlier this week first thing and have put adding further shares here on hold until there is more clarity.. Still have a decent position here and like this stock a lot as a medium term bet..just see other short term opportunities that I'd rather put my 'range trading' money in versus this right now..

Indeed Andrew.. fine post.. and in line with my hopes too...

Tangible bottom line profitability is massive in the AIM game these days.... and by this Nov. 3p plus of this share price could readily be for Fairbride / Africa bottom line, I'm hoping !

(What Bushranger adds around then I wouldn't even hazard a guess.. but I do get that it could be a total gamechanger 'in due course'.. although if Fairbride was delivering as we hope and xtr.l s/p was still in 3'sp around Nov. time, Ted and the gang would likely still be attributing all that 3's p to Bushranger in their comparatives analysis, I'll guess :-) )

As previously stated, my main focus for Sept and Oct was going to be Fairbride 'Ard income :

After previous CB steer I was hoping for Oct for first meaningful income .... I'm now beginning to think I should listen to Empress timeframe predictions only.. after all, CB's timeframe predictions have spoken for themselves over the years :-)

But, if not expected full commercial levels, even something semi decent in terms of Oct. Fairbride Income could still happen ..maybe/hopefully.. and that would be very useful in itself

This has a very annoying habit of moving lower when volume is low..

I've sold a smallish amount in a few tracnhes in 47p to 52 p range towards hedging my bets a bit.. but will broadly look to remain long and strong here .. and this is far more a buy and hold than a trading stock for me now.. as there's huge future potential here imho..

Given the progress here on sundry fronts thru ;ast year and this year, the s/p here was just way too low at under 1p ..

Also the potential here now is v large too.. and little or none of that is factored in here yet at 1.10p ish .. so here's to 1.5p towards giving some credit for that potential .. and then the Tilapia licence RNS we've been waiting for dropping soon after... and the party then getting properly going here .. please

There are sundry ways this could be achieved without doing a raise, Womo.. and doing a raise around now especially would be annoying to many shareholders, whatever.. And I'd expect management not to do one while s/p on its knees, full stop

( More generally, timing on growing non operated out further is not mentioned at all in that piece you post.. so a big assumption by you to guess it might be around now too imho )

There are indeed many cheap looking shares in the market now... and plenty - but fortunately a good ways from all - of my wideranging p/f holdings are alas underwater now and could do with some topping up to bring my average prices down; but this one still appeals to me there abouts the most to top up on around now.. and so I've started topping up today and would look to add up to 100k shares here by increment, especially at anything sub 4.75 p... This share was good to me first time around and while playing with the 'houses money' helps me be brave granted, I very much see this as a compelling buy at under 5p around now...

...that said, whatever kriging research Dougal and yourself might or might not do of a weekend is entirely your own business..

Do all the research you want but, altogether, there's clearly much chance involved in the commodity exploration game.... therefore I think peoples expectations of MR CB's - or his peers in other AIM Commodity plays - opinions are often too high.

In case of confusion, I have little towards no doubt that CB gives broadly genuine opinions.... but drilling 'oles looking for commodities is a plenty inexact science, even these days.. and they're his opinions only, that of course change at least somewhat, perhaps a lot, as the exploration program progresses.

Altogether, I'm reasonably happy with CB's progress and opinions so far on Bushranger.. and while I think the s/p could easily be higher now, I'm not shocked at where it is either.. and that's only valuing Bushranger at max. 2p out of the approx 4p current s/p btw.. I especially say this in the context of an understandings I've developed over the years in this game, that, year on year, the AIM Market is more and more focused on the 'in play' betting and less and less focused on longterm buy and hold.

Finally, generally, I think 'the market' is more savvy than the punters like to entertain, and equally punters - and anyone who plays AIM commodities is a punter imho - are less savvy than they'd like to entertain.. and I absolutely include myself in that last bit too

I'm getting more and more comfortable that the previously ongoing seller has long ish ago stopped now.. indeed hopefully finished, finished now.. and so I've been buying these by small increment recently.. and would continue to do so for a while yet into any further strength..

Alas, my average is plenty too high still .. mostly because this share has been utterly battererd.. but here's hoping for a good rally back towards 20p now.. please

agreed that a retrace today is not surprising after a strong rally yesterday..

I'm happy to be patient here and am not really interested in selling these in 40's or 50's p's, in truth.. probably not 60's either.. and if decent flow of further good news in coming months, maybe not in 70's or 80's p or 90's p either.... so here's hoping for regular good news from here..

meanwhile back at the fort.. this doggy is further struggling.. but I did my bit to help with a small top up at .575 ish p just now ..
.. I'd probably look to add one or two more small tranches only...especially into any further weakness .. (say max. 500k of these shares would likely be my lot.. as I see this as a hard core punt only .. and an average of .57 ish p still my goal .. as lovely symmetry with the 'infamous' 57p :-))

'Imminently' is at the shorter end of the CB timeline than 'soon to be released' is, I think I'm confident in saying !?

I'd very much hope the US listing of ies.l will excite Investors there today and generally going forward, in what is imho a much more stock buying enthusiastic nation by DNA ..

Indeed great if the US listing helps drag the London s/p up over time.. and especially great if that starts this arbo ?!!
