RE: RNS...30 Sep 2022 11:14
Transparancy is very important .. and now we're getting some more of it, that will naturally beget questions towards getting some more again; fairly/rightly too..And so further transparancy will be forthcoming as we go, I expect.. and people will be able to make more informed assessments here off the back .. but, generally, I don't expect there to be major issues coming to light from this growing transparancy process.
Meanwhile, the big picture remains that this is likely a business that's in the early stage of transition from survival to thrival, and all that comes with that.. eg no longer looking to be as creative as possible around accounting standards eg allowing management move away from Mom and Pop shop type operating to a more professional business operation, with for eg Brian now able to invest more in relevant professionals towards offering higher quality communications, including in the companies RNS's ..etc.. ( ps by far the most crucial part of this transition has been underway for a fairly long time now, thankfully..around growing output and sales capabilities robustly.. and seems to have ben going pretty well so far, thankfully )
The main issue by far here around now for me here is there appears to be a continuation of selling down hard at whatever price by D&A Holdings - I guess/assume it's still them ? - and when such a large holder does this in any small Illiquid AIM stock, it's carnage as a rule.. and in these markets, it's carnage squared.
While I don't have clue why they're doing it and so won't bother guessing why, I do note this selling was hard ongoing well ahead of yesterday's results RNS'S.. And until they're done this s/p is going to remain very 'challenged', alas.. but when they're finished their selling down .. or maybe out altogether .. I guess plenty of people will then see a very interesting buying opportunity here. eg As much as 15 to 18 p might have been overcooked here x months back, 5 to 8 p - or whatever in this area - is as undercooked now. So I'll just hunker down and see this as a more medium term bet now..
