RE: Re: RNS D&A Holdings Ltd7 Sep 2022 14:25
The concept of someone meaningfully accumulating here via a mechanism of selling tranches alongside buying bigger tranches to get the lowest possible average price on a good size holding here now seems an incorrect one - to me at least - re what was happening here recently?
After that Holdings RNS, there was - and maybe even still is, alas - ongoingly a size seller in the wings and those sells were moped up by sundry buyers in a straight forward buying fashion is my reading of what played out recently?
(again, being bought onto the market makers book and sitting there for 'a while' and the price then being ongoingly brought down incrementally by the market marker towards finding a 'real' buyer for that stock can also be part of the process of corresponding buy to the sell imho ?)
Still, fair play to shouldhavedone for posting his chart views here,. some may well find his posts useful.. but it's one more eg to add to the now large body of eg's of why charting for AIM is not for me.. still, each to their own, of course.
(PS: one aspect of my observations on the charting space that has changed more recently is that I no longer see chartists as Egoists that will always find a way of their chart views not being wrong, whatever... I'm now thinking more along the lines of the reason they're always finding ways of not being wrong, whatever is more likely not an ego thing but instead is: it's not the charts fault it my misinterpretation of them on this occasion fault.. as for eg I should have looked that pattern instead of another one I chose to look at at that moment time.. etc.. which, more generally, highlights the dominance of interpretations/perspectives in charting imho.. ie subjectiveness .. which is extremely hard to reconcile with a key success driver that underpins charting being that if enough people act on 'the' clear signal it becomes self fulfulling.. all imho)
