''Do you think they've each been provided with a pick and shovel or are they shared?''
That, from Ella yesterday, is my post of the week here, hands down.
I couldn't stop laughing - out loud - for approx 15 seconds on that one.
For it only to get two tick ups, so far, is a travesty imho
(This time next year Rodney....You know it makes sense)
Happy Easter All
If he tells the World he's actually looking for Zebra in Zambia the share price might go back above 1p?
The market cap has been battered down for a long time here by sellers/shorters/ no buyers etc and it being 5m gbp ish now puts such a potential contract sign off in its rightful game changing context imho
I say that even including the understanding that the devil would absolutely be in that contract detail .. eg margins, up front financing requirements etc.. but, generally speaking, the size and duration of such a contract have to be very significant for a now small company like WSG
= two things:
1) for my daily FIX of WOS
2) I've stayed lucky with this punk puppy for many years now
PS; header say only part of it all this time, Sir
= two things :
1) I should not be here
2) header say it all, Sir
PS: top for me soonish here, Sirs.. sometime early April ...even if I don't get it at 3.5 p.. but I might, still
Purely on the laws of averages - paid for publicist - 'watch out D Burton's about' will surely make a good call one day somewhere!
Maybe today/here is that day .. here's hoping ..
I/we could absolutely do with some good luck here for a change.
...And even including being let down endlessly for years by The Fooler, I'm all of a sudden somewhat excited about this share for 2024..
Good luck to all fellow holders here !!
Hope springs eternal.. this time next year Rodney .. you know it makes sense …
This s/p has been on its knees and come back significantly a few times before during my years gaming here.. mid 2020 the last time and a huge bounce then came off the back of early Bushranger happenings.
This appallingly low trading volume has got to be broken out from to begin with.. and meaningful news RNS'S will have to come to help with that.
Generally, Mr Coin Bird is a very capable story teller...and the fundamentals are better than a lowly 8m gbp ish market cap here too .. together these give me a pretty decent degree of hope here.
I see light at the end of the tunnel, Mr Hawkander I’ve no idea if it’s daylight or an oncoming express train though
PS; African Pioneer is not down nearly as much as the rest, in further fairness .. hence why you may have left that one out of your list, I'll guess.. Mr Kwadoku, Sir
(And a bit inconsistent from Mr Bird there .. so far, at least... ps I have no idea what salary Mr Bird may or may not take from co's other than xtr.l..and won't bother looking into .. but did ask you previously, Mr Kwadoku, for an across all total per annum.. and it broken out.. etc ?)
I'm not happy with you discriminating against the likes of Ken, Mr Kwadoku Sir...
I wondered if you might have conveniently left it out because it was doing better than the rest .. but a quick look into ken.l tells me that Mr Bird is pretty consistent, in fairness to the man:
Kendrick Resources has been back on market for just under two years now.. it came back at 3.5p.. and... boom .. it's .5p today.
Leaving Kendrick resources out ?!
You're better than that, I'd like to think Mr Kwadoku, Sir ?!
I'd like to nice top up make here at 3.50p please, Sir... but see Mr WOS like 4p base to help him stay very relax, Sir .. and see him look forward to happy ending too, Sir..
I too like happy ending, Sir ... without feather especially, Sir ...but like 3.50p top up first please, Sir
This still falling meaningfully today I see .. alas/ouch.. maybe best I sit and watch for a while longer before looking to add here now..
(This is a small range trading bet only and so i've done minimal research on this co.. so maybe i should even do some research :-) .. PS; Might the punchy selling by size holder/s here be down to them buying in here for future revenue growth in energy supply side of the business ....more than services provision side.. and they're now concerned about prospects on this side of business?
Alternative alternative three letters to RUN, Mr Zap - and thanks for such good advice btw - is ROB.. as in how plenty of shareholders might feel to the value of 10's of millions gbp across CB's AIM Empire of legal entities :-)
Alternative three letters ..
REP
as in the reputation Mr Colin Bird has.. not always justified...but it's a problem, and not a minor one ..
A thought stimulating post there Mr Zap.. thanks.. and while I absolutely agree that low inflation/interest rates and good global economic performance for a sustained period are fundamentally important to the future of Bushranger, I only agree somewhat with your comment '' A Copper spot price will not have a real influence on a valuation per-sae''
Psychologically, a sustained seriously bullish USD 10k ish per tonne copper is very important towards a sporting chance of a meaningful Bushranger sale event occurring in 2025 or 26 imho..
(For context, I think copper has only once been over 10k USD a tonne once previously - 2011 ish - and even the USD 8k + per tonne we're recently at is a good/ very good price versus long term historic averages .. Also -for whatever it may or may not be worth - I note that Mr Bird gave his latest PoC forward view on that Galileo podcast that Flipper recently kindly posted here as rising to USD 10.5 k Per tone q3 ish 2024 and thereafter in the USD 9.5 k to 11 k per tonne range for a couple of years ..
For me, such a USD 10k ish per tonne PoC is one of the minimum requirements - alongside low interest rates / inflation, strong global economy/copper demand etc - to see Bushranger have even a chance of meaningful sale event in 25 or 26 )
Very impressive interview imho..
Potentially a good long-term play here, seemingly (Which is less my focus as I'm more into a number of months holding range trading orientation rather the years holding, but I make some exceptions as I go)
I'll stick with my 350p+ range trading opportunity shout here .. although achieving it is pushed further out now.. and if this goes back into sub 250p range, I'd happily top up here.. it may easily not do, I'll guess (but, often, anything can happen whenever on AIM.. even at this the high quality end, seemingly)
The results seemed decent/good to me - but I've not followed/analysed this remotely closely, and so may easily be off with that view -and I'm surprised at such a fall here this morning.
Maybe much of the buying that has underpinned this latest rally - and the fairly recent rally that was dumped hard into from 400 p ish too - is done by one or two players.. and them dumping their lot hard this morning has a big fall effect .. equivalently to them buying had a big rise effect..
My latest bet is small here - and still in profit at 270p .. just - and I'll happily sit on it and watch see.... but my recently offered 'trade' here with target of 350+... which looked like it was coming soon yesterday.. seems a poor shout all of a sudden now, alas
Generally, this seems a well run excellently balance sheeted and profitable company in a prospective sector.. yet the volatility here is pretty crazy.. I'm used of such in the many dodgy AIM Shares I play, but for such like here is salutary...
showing what an illiquid mess even the quality end of AIM is these days: sad
That buy was nice/interesting, in fairness.. but disappointed to see it being followed by a few few k sells .. hence no price rise.. and sellers at this level is salutary
At least the volume should now be over 2m here today.. like Friday was.. first trading days of this month over 2m traded .. still abject .. but less so, at least
(Re CB's salary.. his other AIM companies are paying him too of course .. and when he gets bored of one he just flips to focusing on another(s) that's more fun at that time.. so, in the round, he's entertained and well paid.. all the rest is - not - for the Bird(s))
Nice to see this waking back up.. After a share of bad Paradox luck, here's to an equivalent share of good Paradox luck to all fellow Zephyrites from here forward !
