No. Every single trade has two sides, a buy and a sell.
The price moves depending on what the buyer and seller are prepared to accept.
When the number of shares that people want to buy at the current price exceeds the number of shares that people want to sell at the current price, the price will go up.
And when the number of shares that people want to sell at the current price exceeds the number of shares that people want to buy at the current price, the price will go down but in each case there’s a buy and a sell.
How the trades are reported is misleading and often incorrect…..personally the only reliable indicator for me is a price change up or down supported by volume.
