Renegade my post was a snapshot in time. and at that time the market were either not aware of the SEC filings or their potential implications or his tweet or anything for that matter. Maybe now there is some reaction.... or there was when you typed your message but since then it has slipped back. Touche.

Clearly the market isn’t paying much notice to this interesting development on the potential impairment valuation…..

Sammy88’s I can’t say I’ve put much thought into it tbh. I’m fairly sanguine about proceedings and absent of any comments via RNS I simply trust all is well. The last comms on this said the case would be rescheduled for the circuit starting 3rd October and although at the time no date was set I think the co considers they have already covered it off.

Rinse and repeat posting already but I understand the excitement! It would appear to be close to a resolution one way or another. Settlement, win, appeal, lose or draw. Whatever happens, to each and every person invested here I sincerely wish us all the very best of outcomes.

There could be many reasons for this. I concede that it could mean a settlement is in the final stages but equally it could be for some other procedural purpose(s)

A Nano win is becoming more important to many of us as the uk economic case disintegrates thanks to the peak of governmental genius we are witnessing. I’m not going to get political but this lot are the dregs. The binjuice. And it reeks of incompetence and politics and broken conservatism. This country is not that far from a revolution and I don’t say that lightly.

Samsung and Nanoco’s lawyers may not even be engaged in any dialogue anymore for all we know.

Wishful thinking. I share the wish but still think this is going to court. Just because there’s been a delay it doesn’t mean there’s feverish settlement talks filling in the gap.

Postponing the trail merited an RNS, I’m not sure this requires one. Was there one announcing the original court date?

On the basis of one delay, we could and maybe should expect a second. But each time we are moving nearer the bottom of the hopper. We just have to be patient as nothing has changed in relation the case.
