The company has advised the production capacity of Runcorn to be $100m per annum previously. It’s clearly got a purpose but I don’t believe it has anything to do with display based on previous guidance.

Do you find this ambiguous? "This robust order intake means that revenue in FY23 is likely to significantly exceed the Board's previous expectations and FY22 revenue by around 20%." I think it means FY22 will be at +20% and that FY23 will significantly exceed (by a larger margin that we're not yet prepared to quantify). Like most RNS you can read and re-read this several times from different perspectives and still not know what’s the actual meaning.

What’s your take then Hawi? Lots of people think it’s a great RNS, sorry a “Nice RNS” and I’m quite ambivalent about it.

There is no evidence to be revealed. He lives at the other end of the country and if I could prove it I would. The fact some seem unable to conceive that more that one person can have contrary opinions shows why I frequently question the mentality of some of the people who post here. It’s a dangerous investment strategy to not look at other opinions especially if those have a predisposition to disagree. I’ve read Sammy88’s repeated hopes of a settlement in context of the repeated guidance from the company (including today’s) and have determined it’s just that, hope!

My take on some of the points in the RNS are as follows

I. 20% increase on FY22 is irrelevant. I’m actually quite concerned by this forecast. I’m hoping this is supplemented by an update on order visibility in October as guided that is of a commercial magnitude and not just development and the FY2023 figures are revised upward significantly. There is some commentary on that so I remain optimistic.

II. Turcan resignation from the board indicates a potential conflict of interest to me and that LOAM are going to continue to sell down to the point they are de-risked.

Stop implying or accusing me of being another person would help me not feel under “attack”. Deal?

It’s simply my opinion. If I’m wrong I’ll admit I made a mistake. You have my word on that (cue the “well that doesn’t mean much jibes). If you’re going to attack me for having a contrary opinion then that’s your problem not mine.

He RNS’d that we are going to trial and previously we were advised the mediation had been suspended so until the company (and not a bunch of amateur, for all I know taxi drivers waiting for a fare) tells me via the proper channels otherwise I’ll go with that thanks.
