Lets be clear here. Nanoco want a fair outcome. They clearly got one that satisfies that requirement which will also balance the value of time.....the alternative is YEARS of appeals. Also, let's not forget they wouldn't have gotten this far without LOAM's backing, RG, the funders or Mintz working on a discount.

Feeks sorry I disagree. Revenue for me is the lost gross sale price per QD to Samsung and income is that same gross revenue minus Nanoco's costs.

Feeks what about the difference between lost revenue and lost income? I think this is where the disconnect is and why I think its the $200-$250m..... before deductions/costs

The reason for the 20% drop is almost entirely attributable to the largest holder de-risking, for which they are entirely entitled to do. And they did so after interpreting the RNS and/or for their own reasons.

So maybe we should all just calm down a little.

If you look at the share price over month it’s broadly flat bar a spike on the settlement announcement.
It’s dropped from 30 days ago 20% pending confirmation of the settlement. Hardly the end of the world unless you are kicking yourself for not selling at 70p.

How do you know there’s no liquidity? Is there only liquidity on a rising market? No. The market is plenty liquid for nanoco shares.

I don’t believe LOAM know anymore than us and armed with not knowing they’ve taken a risk decision. They have interpreted the RNS in a certain way and have taken action based on their view. Their view, their knowledge, the tools at their disposal differ from ours. As does the size of their investment. Their personal circumstances are non-existent whereas us PI’s all have individual objectives for our investments often driven by personal circumstances.
There are potentially multiple reasons they invested in the first place, maybe even to do with bringing the case to trial with a pre determined exit strategy triggered by a settlement or judgment regardless of the outcome.

It’s easy to overthink in the absence of facts. I’m holding.

Has no value at the moment. It’s infected by ********s and ignorance. Do what I do and spend the day doing something useful and wait for the announcement (or sell). Unless you have something genuinely useful to say, it’s best to say nothing. Yes I should take some of my own medicine at times but just now everything being posted is pretty much garbage in the face of a lack of clarity.

If we are in some sort of agreement that the ‘lower’ end is $200-$250m anyone want to put a mid and upper range figure on here……if the mid and high are significantly higher than the lower end it might explain why the guidance came on Monday

I’m sure the company is aware of its regulatory obligations and took counsel over suspending the shares or as has happened….not.

I’ll side with them rather than peoples hindsight until someone in a position to do so says otherwise.
