Yup it's all set up that way for Tintra to go to 29.9% at very little cost. Then they can go over 30% easily and trigger the RTO.

But it is also so frustrating as for many AIM shares having a large Insti shareholder base is the holy grail for giving PIs assurance that the bigger boys are in the same game. Here we seem to be going in reverse when it comes to the interests of larger players v smaller players ie you usually see Instis hoovering up PI sellers on the cheap, here we have the opposite but similar to DVRG too.

Absolutely and hopefully he can find the shares to take a decent stake (maybe he will get some of shares that went to Tintra previously?).

He only needs to buy just over 140,000 shares to have a declarable holding, I would have thought he could do that easily enough cash wise? That would mean almost 70% of the company would be held by management one way or another.

Agreed, there's plenty of people buying shares here ahead of the break out news to come. Would be nice to see our sellers being a bit more patient too but I guess they have their bosses to answer to and a profit is a profit after all so they get to keep their jobs and report 100%+ returns in less than a year. I still think they could get alot more in here if they held.

Yes it would be nice to see the new CEO get some skin in the game but that might be tricky as there are not alot of shares available for him to buy unless the company issues some to him?

Helium have been selling down their stake here for a while now. On DVRG we learned a long time ago that Helium will sell any investment in a company that exceed 15% of their portfolio which holds the stock. I am estimating that their new holding has a value of @1.3m at 0.0025p and I very much doubt that £1.3m would be anywhere near 15% of their portfolio so it just looks like they are reducing their % interest and yes, banking profits from 0.0010p. Whether or not they stop now is anyone's guess
