DVRG is still very much a conviction for me and many others I think but these cheap warrant sellers are a real pain now. Their constant selling down is why the SP isn't going anywhere with news releases to date and it seems to be rubbing off on PIs now as I am seeing more smaller sells. I asked the question about the MCAP growth v the share price and from my own observations since @March time when the SP was @32p the MCAP was around £50m. Now the MCAP is closer to £70m but the SP hasn't improved and fallen back since then. So what have is something like £20m value of extra shares out there (inc the recent £10m at 30p). There has been value in this for some this year which is why they are happy to sell at a good profit but not for us mere PIs. It will change one day for us but right now its painful to watch while we see our investment fall in value despite no bad RNS updates, I continue to sit on my hands here as I still have faith in Gerry to deliver some amazing tech and business growth, it just might take a bit longer yet.

Agreed, the SP will get marked up early doors, then the sellers will no doubt come in with their cheap 0.10 shares to take easy profits. Hopefully we will get enough buying interest to stabilise the price. The news is amazing but without contracts/revenues the rise could be short lived until the next RNS which shouldn't be far away.

Level of acceptances from Modern Water Shareholders

As at 1.00 p.m. on 17 November 2020, the closing date of the Offer, valid acceptances had been received from shareholders of Modern Water in respect of a total of 520,323,686 Modern Water Shares, representing approximately 93.47% of the issued share capital of Modern Water.

The percentages of Modern Water Shares referred to in this announcement are based upon a figure of 556,693,214 Modern Water Shares in issue at close of business on 16 November 2020. (This number has increased by 32,000,000 since the issue of the Offer Document).

The Company has today allotted 9,612,946 New DeepVerge Shares in respect of the valid acceptances under the Offer since 9 November 2020, and application will be made for these shares to admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected on Monday 23 November 2020.

Can anyone do that maths on how much the MCAP has changed since the 1st day that DVRG came into existence as I am sure it has increased quite a bit whereas the SP hasn't (so far). It might help explain why the SP hasn't really done alot in the last 9 months in reality but the value of the business has done rather well. Of course I know we 've had our fair share of ex warrant holders who converted and then look like they have sold (and are still selling?) which will not have helped the SP gain any traction.
