Re Helium investment strategy, I recall they said they would sell down only if a single stock exceeded 15% of their total investment fund (whichever fund that is). Happy to be corrected if I am wrong or that has changed?

True and all those betting exchange type ways of trading encourage so much short termism now. People seem to be either taking very temporary long or short positions rather than acting as LTH investors and of course they CGT avoid tax on any returns.

Between us we seem to be unearthing a tonne of related opportunities here and yet it all feels a bit pancakey at the moment. Seems like peeple are either not really interested in what DVRG could be become or are waiting until contract news finally gets RNSd. Are we really the only ones who buy shares like this that could potentially have huge growth and in fairly short order too. Whatever happened to investing ahead of the big news announcements or have people on AIM just become conditioned to only buying the next big thing AFTER it happens? We have plenty of followers here and twitter for sure but........ I just wish I had more cash available to add here.

MMS I don't know for sure but most likely a large holder reducing who got shares at 0.10 previously. Have seen this at DVRG.

What a great idea, I would be there. I too have most of my SIPP in here (closer to 90% though). Of course it didn't start off like that but having been in SKIN and MWG and seen the % returns to date they delivered it meant that DVRG became a huge part of my SIPP....happy days.

You are very welcome and btw there is no such thing as a stupid question, only stupid people who can't or won't appreciate why posters comment here and their contributions to the community. Some here are obsessed with seeing their posts upticked or criticising others instead of actually adding something to the discussion but then that's pretty much a reflection of society in general and why we don't have a perfect police force or perfect politicians, some just use social media to vent or bully others if they don't like or agree with what they read. Me, I prefer to at least give others the benefit of the doubt (most of the time anyway).

Could be enormous. I have copied a link form ORPH below who are demerging parts of their business, it's just so you can see why companies do this kind of thing, not a spam by me of another company before anyone jumps down my throat here. It might help provide some useful understanding that's all.

I agree and Gerry has already said in the interview, the JV will now be able to address the whole of China and not the regions they originally had in mind. Clearly the value of delivering to China as whole is far greater than had been previously planned for so the bigger valuation could easily justify a HK listing which could raise many £millions going forwards. I am still amazed at just what Gerry has achieved in a very short space of time here across the board (not just the water side). One day the market will finally wake up and see just what is happening here and massive potential DVRG has.

From Nov 2020, looks like Ireland will be first then?

DeepVerge has commenced deployment of near-source wastewater contamination test equipment ("Microtox PD") into water treatment plants in Ireland.

Microtox PD units, retrofitted with AI based optofluidic pathogen identification scanners, are also being shipped to the University of Aberdeen CAT3 laboratory, adding to the ongoing trials with the live SARS-CoV-2, supplied by Public Health England.

Phase 3 field trials are expected to begin shortly at multiple sites in Northern England. In collaboration with EcoWaterOS consortia partners, aggregated anonymised data will provide datasets for AI model simulations from human volunteers who will undergo COVID-19 testing with a combination of Microtox BT, a lateral flow antigen test and a rt-PCR test. Sufficient datasets are anticipated to be complete early in 2021.
