Well I learnt something new there and I guess so did everyone else. Never heard of that exception to the 3% holdings rule, shame that we will never know their true holding then as it might have shown a serious vote of confidence in the plc if they could have.

We still have those 30p buyers a at least but I am disappointed that none took enough shares in that £10m to qualify as a 3% shareholder when Gerry said that at least one of them subscribed for a "significant" allocation. Based on the numbers we do know that means they took less £2m of the £10m available so less than 20%, how much less is anyone's guess. But at least those 30p placees must still be in?

My views on helium are that they claim to be investors but in reality that act more like loan sharks or CLIN providers with their proven disregard for other shareholders, it's all me me me as far as they are concerned, no time or respect for them now.

It is clear that whilst Gerry has built up what is an amazing business and products, it has been effectively financed by access to cheap money for the company and those let's call them "borrowings" for want of a better word have meant that those "lenders" are now pulling down the house to cash in with very tidy profits leaving us PIs to swing. Exactly the same can be seen over at MSYS too. Rich big players have no issues with the results of their short sighted actions to get even richer quickly. I know Gerry has repeatedly said the means justify the ends and the company gains greatly as a result which it has. But now it's time he showed us PIs what the company can do for us in terms of delivering contracts and with 4 divisions to make that happen surely that can be proven up.

DVRG didn't exist in July 2020, if you talking about SKIN plc then that is understood but you are not comparing eggs with eggs in that case.

Anyone else noticed that DVRG share price is now exactly (and I mean exactly) where it was on the 1st day DVRG was created. All those tweets all those RNSs etc etc and.......we are still at base camp here.

A falling share price combined with a large seller is not what I signed up for here....is it 10 months of going nowhere now? I lover your optimism here and you will get alot of ticks whereas I will get told to stfu no doubt but someone has to say it. If GB doesn't deliver the right news next, I dread to think what might happen. Come on Gerry give us something please.....and not another lecture about sitting on me hands which I am doing or worrying about the score in a game etc etc.
