To address the above, PPP plc entered into a new funding agreement with USA based GEM to secure funds and evidence solvency.

GEM conditions called for:

1 A significant number of warrants to be issued that some shareholders view as dilution.

Despite GEM representing directly to creditors, the London Stock Exchange and funding invoices directly, the auditors are not prepared to sign off the accounts unless funds are placed into the company's bank account directly. GEM are engaged but have been cautious given that, historically, the company has and was unwilling or unable to settle a long outstanding debt with GEM and the company was eventually taken to court by them, resulting in a winding up order for failure to pay. Understandably, their risk management policy now requires direct control over all and any payments made using their funds which is not unreasonable considering their earlier experience.

Trev looks like the last man standing now anyway, most of the other TG posters at least seem to be appreciating both sides of the arguments now rather than just running with the blinkered Anti Lunn This and Anti Lunn That narrative that Trev can't change from. His efforts get more futile and desperate by the day here now he knows all that the TG has achieved is to delay, delay, delay any chance of PPP coming back from suspension to the point that Lunn must be thinking of another way where might still receive at least some of the monies owed to him and others even if the PLC goes bust. For Lunn it's probably better to have RM inside the tent than outside at times like this.

If they wind up the plc then ALL shareholders lose everything, what a great outcome (Not).

Guess GV via RM and Evans would then be free to grab the leases for themselves and save a shedload of money not paying off PPP plc debts.

Longer this remains suspended the more likely that would be the outcome.
