I and many others have tried every way we can to work with the TG posters who invaded the LSE BBs earlier this year but they will not accept any views except their own and accuse myself and others of being paid by Lunn, being the same person with multi IDs, of being liars, shorters, non shareholders and plenty more. The abuse was kicked off by them long ago when they decided they knew they were dealing with genuine posters who have done real research so they have gone down the abuse route and stuck at it.

Basically Lunn (aka PPP) is dong what many other small companies need to do and that's a substantial fund raise at a discount with more shares, happens all the time but on this share he needs authority via an AGM to issue shares to clear the pledged shares but TG won't allow it and have done all they can to block it.

Now Lunn faces court proceedings/EGM so he can hardly progress the GEM deal with that hanging over him and the company.

That means AGM is stalled by the TG actions.

TG don't have a plan so the delays could be extensive now ie many more months.

GEM deal was priced at 4p a share.

PPP will if lunn gets the gem deal done and can tell gv they are not involved which would be better for PPP longer term or PPP folds and gv go direct to the lease holders and operate as a private enterprise with Evans advising them

I would qualify that by saying pop owns no actual assets only access to potential assets via leases which are currently in default due to non payment of fees to the land owners going back before lunn joined the business

I can guarantee that the TG Evans led attack dogs will ignore those critical issues completely or dismiss them as irrelevant because Evans has left PPP.

They are only focused on following Evans revenge against Lunn because Lunn sacked him.

Simple answer NO, I have never shorted any shares ever. Of course TG will tell you I am short and running multi-IDs on LSE BBs because they are lying and desperate w4ankers and want to shut me down on the BB so they can ram home their Evans driven anti Lunn agenda.

All I do is post reality v their fantasy garbage.

So TG want to call an EGM and sack Lunn, then what? They have no one to replace him and no one to secure required funding for the restoration of PPP plc so their actions will only mean PPP plc goes into admin.

Exactly right.

TG being misdirected by Evans in revenge against Lunn for booting him off PPP plc.

No one from TG ever questions why oil production stopped in April 2024 when Evans was running the show and never resumed but if PPP plc was in default on their payments to lease holders then its very likely they told PPP and their drilling contractors stop any any further production until they settled their debts.

Evans and only Evans is responsible for that.
