They never had an alternate plan, just the destruction of the plc because they could not handle the idea of any dilution which shows they gambled on PPP. Any genuine investor knows the risks of potential dilution associated with any small cap shares. I doubt many of the self proclaimed No voters are actually shareholders anyway and just like to stir the pot as they say.
