Between you lot and Affrm it's quite impossible for PPP plc to be able to give you what you want and be happy with.

You still want July 2024 frozen in time and the BS Evans RNS releases to still be valid.

I don't know what he could possibly say that would actually satisfy you except that he is resigning from PPP and will never look for any shares to be returned to him for the loan he made to PPP years ago to keep the business afloat.
