No one is disputing the science here, especially me. It is the best test available.

Problem is (and has always been) the overheads v incomes.

OBD built their business the wrong way round (the new CEO said as much).

Right now the company is trapped in a financing nightmare and is losing money on every test it sells due to the massive overheads it is carrying.

NHS is a long way from ordering any their PSE tests due to factual requirements for the tests to be proven via genuine clinical trials involving 000s of people across a diverse range of ages and ethnic groups. Those trials have to be monitored and validated and that takes a long time.

OBD chose to avoid that route previously and though they could generate enough interest from the private sector but that just hasn't delivered to date.

NICE will require extended and wide testing of the PSE on thousands of people across a broad range of ages and ethnic groups at many stages of their life cycles. It can take many months/years for them to approve tests and approve the costs (doesn't matter about potential savings in lives and money when they do their assessments), that's the reality. If and when PSE gets accepted into the NHS for trials that the beginning of the process not the end.

Well that RNS gave the rampers a chance to exit at least.
